POLICIES
Booking Policy:
We require a Security Deposit of P2,000 to confirm room reservations. Guests can deposit the
security deposit to our bank account with the following details:
Deposit slip should be emailed to myspacedormitelbgc@gmail.com.
Security Deposit will be refunded upon check out.
Room charge must be paid upon arrival, we only accept CASH payments.
Check In Time: 2:00 PM Check Out Time: 12:00 noon
Late Check-Out beyond 1pm will be charged P300 per hour until 3pm. After 3pm, one night
room charge shall be applied.

Cancellation:
- 2 days or less before arrival date, no show.

POLICIES
Booking Policy:
Above corporate rates are valid until December 30, 2016.
Above rates are exclusive of 6% service charge and taxes (12% VAT, local tax). Government
taxes are subject to change based on the Philippine government mandates.
Breakfast: Children below 6 years old are free of charge, 7-12 years old enjoys 50% of the
breakfast prevailing rate, maximum two per room.
Official Check in time is at 1400H and Check out is at 1200H. Early check-in and late check-out
are subject to corresponding charges.
All information, terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be held strictly confidential
between Seda Bonifacio Global City and Every Nation.
Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to guests arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty
equivalent to one night stay.

A 50% deposit based on the Statement of Account shall be required to make a reservation and

Bookings are considered guaranteed only upon confirmation of receipt of payment. For

Letter of Authorization (LOA) or Letter of Guarantee (LOG)

 Management reserves the right to cancel any booking which has not been guaranteed through
payment, LOA or LOG within the prescribed period
Extension of stay and modifications on reservation dates are subject to availability. Additional
charges

OPTION DATE: Please note that the special rates are applicable only until the Hotel receives a
signed
copy of this contract and a deposit is made on or before an agreed date.
MODIFICATION POLICY: amendments on check-in and check-out dates may be made without
penalty
up to three (3) days before expected check-in date by the authorized company
representative(s). Subject to availability; additional charges may apply
MODES OF PAYMENT: Guest Account
A credit card imprint shall be required upon check-in as guarantee for possible charges during
the guests stay. Full payment must be settled upon check-out in Cash or Credit Card basis
No show policy: guests who do not arrive within twenty-four (24) hours of expected check-in
date and time will be charged the total amount of the reservation
OTHERS:
Privato Hotel reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for
damages within the hotel premises will be charged accordingly
Any amendments to the policy will be on a case-to-case basis and subject to management
approval

A. Room Rates. The contracted rates herein committed are non-commissionable and are nett.
B. Check-in/Check-out Time. Check -in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00 nn.
C. Contracted Rates are not available to meeting, banquets, conventions and other corporate or
social groups
D. Cut-off and Cancellation Policy for FITs and GROUP bookings
Written confirmation& 50% deposit is required (prior to approval date) In case of cancellation,
the fifty percent (50%) deposit will be forfeited
Complete name list & an additional 25% deposit is required
-In case of cancellation, 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, the fifty Percent (50%)
deposit will be forfeited -Final name list & full payment is required
Cancellation made 7 days or less prior to the arrival date will be subject To the forfeiture of the
full payment made.
For reservations received less than three (3) days prior to arrival date, confirmation will only be
made upon receipt of the final name list and full payment. No-shows or any cancellation made
after confirmation (guaranteed booking) and receipt of full payment will be subject to penalty
charge equivalent to the full amount.
