Hi Sir,

This is Shiva Kumar (Ex-Droomer). I would like to start by thanking you

for providing great opportunity to work at Droom. There may very few
incidents where I regretted for joining (these may be for a very short
duration) but I always loved working with everyone at droom.
I joined a firm called Global Delight in Udupi (where my mom got
ayurvedic treatment & relaxing right now). This firm is majorly into app
development for Apple & promotion of iOS apps. Im taking care of
promotion of these apps.
But there are several things that I learned at droom as a culture & that
are Im missing here
1. Fast Paced Environment: As my first job Droom gave a platform
to work on fast paces environment. But all of sudden, here the
environment is very calm (slow). Its like a second is taking an
hour. At droom things are always happening, there is live in
every second, here I missed that. I really wonder apart from
droom will there be any other company where things happen
with lot of energy
2. Speed to Market: Everything that we do at droom we plan it
