Sales,
Martha is our Eviction Defense Department and we have her working remotely, however she is representing Core Advisory Group for all Core Eviction Defense
clients. It is very ineffective and actually causes issues when stating to clients that we use a 3rd party. Martha and I have set up parameters for her to work
remotely but again she represents Core Advisory Group for our Eviction clients.
When is it ok to notify clients we may need to use the help of a 3rd party?
For sale date clients when discussing a possible petition then yes, for legal purposes you need to disclose we may have to involve a 3rd party paralegal.
But for the interest of our clients please make sure you never refer our Eviction Dfs Dpt as a 3rd party because it has caused issues with some of our clients. We
have Extension 7004 set up to transfer to Marthas phone directly so clients feel comfortable that its a department within our infrastructure.
