JOB RESPONSIBILITY

 Provide assistance to safety Manager in designing safety protocols.

Stationed on site and reporting to Divisional HSE Coordinator on HSE matters.
Reports to the Project manager / Divisional HSE Coordinator regarding day to day inspections
and tours.
To carrying out Risk Assessment /HIRA for critical activities, Preparing JSA.
Prepare daily safety inspection report and send a copy to construction manager/ project manager /
Divisional HSE Coordinator.
Implementing project HSE audit, HSE plan and company HSE policy during course of the project
to achieve ZERO Loss Time Injury.
To conduct site safety induction to the new comers under consideration of organisation health &
safety policy, site rules and regulation, and local legislation.
Daily site safety Observation / inspection report, monthly Scaffold summary report, incident and
accident reports, plant & equipment summary report and other reports.
Ensure that all accidents, near miss incidents, dangerous occurrences are immediately reported to
the project manager and HSE office by phone and later by hand written preliminary report from
concerned supervisor.
To educate the work forces and site engineers, supervisors both from sub contractors and own
work site by conducting daily tool box talk and various periodically training such as Job specific
training, to improve their consciousness and awareness towards safety.
Investigate all accidents, near miss incidents in his area and will submit a detailed report to HSE
office within 48 hrs.
Maintain records of accidents and incidents, lost time injury including detail analysis of each
injury and damage for further prevent. Attend Safety meetings (Site and Combined) raise safety
issue.
Attend the weekly safety tool box talk meetings. Create safety awareness amongst all employees
on incidents; accidents occurred during the week and on specific situational hazards.
Review health safety target in Monthly HSE meeting.
To display different safety promotional posters to educate.
Ensure that emergency evacuation plan and emergency numbers of concerned persons are in work
place
Conducting Orientation Programs for new Staff, Worker & Visitors.
Conducting safety meetings, TOOL BOX TALK on daily basis
Carry out regular and random inspection on site
Ensure the use and wearing of PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY
