PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BERGER Fungicidal Wash is a specially formulated product for the areas where fungus is present or the areas which are prone to
fungus growth. Its antifungal property kills all the fungus present on the masonry surface making the surface suitable for painting. It
also helps prevent fungal growth once the surface is painted. Apart from its antifungal property, it also serves as a mild penetrating
sealer.
RECOMMENDED AREAS OF APPLICATION
Suitable for use on masonry, brick work or other cementitious surfaces which is affected due to fungal attack.

SURFACE PREPARATION
For new surface allow the concrete surface to mature properly before washing with Fungicidal Wash.
For old surfaces where fungal growth is noticed, remove all loose plaster, dirt, dust, laitance etc by using hard bristle brush to get a
clean and sound surface. Traces of grease, oil etc are to be removed by suitable method. Apply Berger Fungicidal Wash with brush
liberally.
Large cracks should be filled with suitable filler.
APPLICATIONS DETAILS
Stir the contents thoroughly before and during use, with a broad flat stirrer, using an upward lifting action.
Once surface is prepared, Apply Berger Fungicidal Wash with brush liberally if mould or fungus is present on the wall. Let it dry
for recommended time before application of primer. For those surfaces, where fungal growth is a chronic problem due to various
reasons, suitable measures need to be taken to eliminate the root cause of fungal growth.
