RULES FOR TAKING HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES

Drops should be placed under the tongue and held for 15-30 seconds before swallowing.

Remedies which are compatible with each other may be used at the same time.

Remedies should be taken 30 minutes (15 minutes minimum) apart from any other oral ingestant
including, but not limited to, food, drink, tobacco, gum, toothpaste, water etc.

Remedies should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight, X-rays, microwave ovens, strong
odors or appliances (EMF interference).

If travelling by air, do NOT

send your remedies through the X-ray machine. Keep them out and have
the guards examine them by hand.

If you are on a drainer remedy, place in _oz of water and drink 30 minutes apart from any other oral
ingestant including, but not limited to, food, drink, tobacco, gum toothpaste etc.

SUBSTANCES TO AVOID WHILE USING IIOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES

Mint in any form: mint candy, toothpaste, mouthwash

etc.

Should you need a mint-free toothpaste, we have one available for you to use.
You should also note that this toothpaste (Homeodent toothpaste) is fluoride-free too.

Coffee in any form (including decaf).

Caffeine in any form, such as soda pop, tea, chocolate etc.

Nicotine in any form.

Any volatile or odiferous material such as paint thinner, eucalyptus, camphor and menthol (as in muscle
and joint rubs), moth ball fumes, perfumes, tea tree oil.

Marijuana and excess alcohol can also interfere with the action of remedies.

Raw garlic. Omit or separate by

(Cooked garlic is acceptable.)

If you are highly sensitive to homeopathic remedies, then imbricate by applying to the forearm, wrists,
chest or axrlla.

Alcohol-sensitive individuals should place the remedy(s) in 3 ounces of warm water, allowing fifteen
minutes for the alcohol to evaporate.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TAKING HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES

Patients with a history of alcoholism must inform us before leaving the premises with
homeopathic remedies.
Patients who are alcohol-sensitive should place the remedies
distilled water and allow one minute for the alcohol to evaporate.

Unless otherwise directed, liquid drops may be mixed together in a little (tablespoon) of
distilled water. Hold under tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow. Or, you may put
the remedy directly under your tongue.

Don't touch mouth or tongue with remedy dropper. This will contaminate the remedy.
Don't touch homeopathic pills. lnstead, pour from bottle to cap and from cap directly
into mouth.
Unless otherwise directed, homeopathic preparations should be taken on an "empty
stomach". An empty stomach is defined as at least 20 minutes before and 2 hours after
oral ingestants. Oral ingestants include food, drink, tobacco, chewing gum, toothpaste
etc.

Avoid the following substances while using homeopathic remedies: mint in any form
including mint candy, toothpaste, mouthwash or menthol cigarettes. Caffeine or
nicotine in any form, such as soda pop, coffee, chocolate or cigarettes. Avoid any
volatile or odiferous material such as paint thinner, eucalyptus, camphor and menthol (as
in muscle and joint rubs), mothball fumes or perfumes. Marijuana and alcohol can
interfere with action of remedies. Raw garlic should be omitted or separated by t hour
from remedy use. Cooked garlic is acceptable.

Only an approved natural water should be consumed while taking homeopathic

preparations. Drink 2 quarts a day. Reverse Osmosis (R.O) water with a TDS of 40 and
below is preferred.

Don't delay reading hand-out on "Understanding the Healing Crisis Concept". Symptoms
to be expected: headaches, flu-like symptoms, diarrhea, nausea, tiredness, old
symptoms from previous illness may return temporarily, low grade fever, may feel
emotionally down/depressed, may feel bad for 2-3 days at a time, have 2-3 good days
and then go back to having a bad day now and then.

lf heafing crisis symptoms are unbearable, cut back to one drop under the tongue and
increase steadily. Highly sensitive patients may imbricate and apply to forearm or
abdomen.
Remedies should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight, X-rays, electromagnetic fields and strong odors. Also, do not take homeopathic remedies through any
type of X-ray units (airports). Remedies should be a least three feet away from plugged
in appliances (radios, clocks etc.l due to their strong electromagnetic fields.

lf you've been given Cuplicate remedies, finish taking the first bottle before starting the
duplicate ones.
