* These reps are negotiable. Its very likely that you can do more of these, and therefore feel
free to spend as much time as desired doing them.
** I tend to utilize a cycle of breathing that incorporates the use of the Cleansing Breath. Fro
every 5 reps I perform, I end that cycle of 5 with a Cleansing Breath. After performing the
Cleansing Breath, I perform some breaths at 50 - 75% of my typical full inhale/exhale capacity.
So, my typical full inhale/exhale capacity is 8 - 12 seconds. This means that I perform some
Complete Breaths that are between 4 - 8 seconds. It is important to understand that these
breaths should be considered ideal normal breaths, what you might your normal breathing to
be if it was done optimally. Another important point is that these minor breaths have no hold at
all, and as such have no Deer in them. These instructions might not make too much sense now,
so they will be demonstrated.
Other Practices:
Urine Neti: 2 - 3x/Day, preferably before exercises (except the morning)
Urine Nasal Drinking: 2 - 3x/Day, preferably before exercises (except the
morning)*
Urine Gargling: 2 - 3x/Day for 10 minutes per gargle, preferably before exercises
(except the morning)
*Should not be practiced until urine neti is a commonplace activity
