(i)

What were the criteria used for identification of eligible priority households?

Whether identification criteria were given wide publicity for inviting

comments/suggestions, before its finalisation?

(iii)

Whether comments/suggestions received were taken into consideration for

finalization of the criteria?

(iv)

Has the criteria for identification been notified?

If yes, please provide a copy of the notification.
If not, time by which it is expected to be notified?

(v)

Was the list of eligible households prepared on the basis of the criteria
finalized and notified?

What was basic source of data for used for identification of eligible
households?

Were objections invited on the list of identified eligible households and

disposed of in a fair and transparent manner?

(viii) Was the list cross-verified with any other source of data such as EPIC,
Census etc. before its finalisation?

Has the final list of eligible households been displayed in the public domain?

Have ration cards, as per provisions of the Act, been issued to all the
identified eligible households?
If yes, please specify whether ration cards have been issued to all the
households identified for coverage under the Act or only partially.
Please provide the details, alongwith time by which ration cards to
remaining eligible households, if any, will be issued.

 If not, what alternate arrangement has been made for distribution of

foodgrain entitlements under the Act and time by which ration cards
will be issued to all the eligible households

distribution requirement under NFSA, steps taken to enhance the capacity.
