(1) Conduct Inventory analysis (FIFO), A/B/C, lead time, vendor rating and

development with regular inventory verification of stock items.

(2) Responsible for allocation / transfer of stocks. Conduct routine inspection to
ensure reconciliation of physical stock at the warehouse.
(3) Carry out Inventory management , on the basis of minimum, maximum and reorder levels
(4) Coordination with all departments, Client & subcontractors. Reconciliation &
account settlement of subcontractor as per contract. Handover activities to client like
surplus materials, spares, and special tools, vendor print & technical documents.
(5) Make effective use of cost analysis tools in support of strategic sourcing process,
reduce procurement costs.
(6) Maintain minimum inventory level for all products, making monthly liabilities list.
(7) Ensure proper housekeeping in all stores areas.
(8) Dealing with clients for receiving the client supplied materials maintaining
documentation. And reconciliation of client material.
(9) Coordinating with Project team & Procurement group in order to make material
forecasting.
b) Material planning & indenting, ordering & issuance (1) Initiate Procurement of materials through indenting, ordering and receiving.
(2) Assessing physical layout of warehouse / stores for storage of materials, spare
parts & consumables and ensuring smooth accounting, issue of material to
production & project sites.
(3) Coordinating with account and purchase department for suppliers payment and
order for follow ups.
(4) Reviewing logistics reports for the things received.
c) MIS & Documentation (1) Prepare & provide material receipt and issue report on daily and monthly basis
along with MIS to the Management.
(2) Maintain stores record and ensure proper documentation as laid down ISO
procedures.
(3) Generate & maintain various reports and documents like Purchase Order, Daily
Material Receipt Report, Monthly Dispatch Report etc.

d) SAP Material Management

(1) Ensure and maintain accurate material inventory in SAP
(2) Maintain all vendor data in SAP.
(3) Ensure all material movement is to be updated in online material management
system.
e) Mentoring (1) Periodic dissemination of knowledge on related subject and lessons learnt.
(2) Give continuous feedback on performance to subordinates and nurture them to
take higher responsibility.
