Today, I went to the court at 9:30 AM. We had an important case. The victim here was a
17 year old girl. As she was a minor, the case was held in a special court known as the
Vulnerable Witness Court. The accused wasnt present in front of everyone, but was
seated behind a mirror, and could see the proceeding on a screen. The judge, victim, and
the councils could see the accused on a screen. This case was under POCSO Protection
of children against sexual offences. Today was a hectic day, as we had a lot me cases on
that day.
