Learning Objectives
Terminal Learning Objective (at post):

Participants will promote the use and improvement of the Global Core
Training Package by engaging post staff in piloting Global Core Training
Sessions and providing feedback based on their experiences with the
sessions.

Session Learning Objectives (today):

After an introduction to the Global Core Training Package, participants will


broadly describe the purpose and content of the Global Core Training
Package and will give at least three examples of included sessions.
In groups, participants will engage in and reflect on at least four training
activities featured in the Global Core Training Package, and describe
adaptations necessary for their post context.
Individually, participants will articulate three initial steps they plan to
take to introduce the Global Core Training Package at their posts.
