1. Tell me about yourself

Thank You for giving me an opportunity to introduce myself.
I am Kiran Ludhiyani. Currently I am living in Godhra. I am recently perusing BBAMarketing from Indukaka Ipcowala Institute of Management, CHARUSAT University.
For my Internship project, I worked with Manpasand Beverages Limited I was put
under the HR executive for the project of Job Satisfaction.
I completed 10th from St. Arnold High School scoring 87%, and 12 th from Rotary English
Medium School scoring 68%.
We are family of four members in which my father and my younger brother are Business
Person and my mother is a house wife.
My strengths are working as a team, can easily mix up with others, cheerful nature. I am
passionate about doing administrative work. I have being involved in many events
during my Graduation. I have been a member of Central Council 2016, during my
Graduation in the University.
2. Why should we hire you?
You should hire me because Im the best person for the job. I realize that there are likely
other candidates who also have the ability to do this job. Yet I bring an additional quality
that makes me the best person for the job- my passion for excellence. I am passionate
about doing the work and I can easily convince the customers to buy the product. I can
achieve the given target by doing hard and smart work. I am best at research work. This
are the qualities which differs me from others.
3. What do you look for in a job?
I look for the progress of the company as well as me. I look for innovation like learning
something different, better scope, and enhancing of knowledge in the entire field.

4. What can you do for us that some else cant?

I have no idea what the other candidates youre considering might be able to do. My
guess is youre looking at some top people, but let me tell you what I can do for you and
why I think I have a unique set of qualifications that I hope would make me the best
candidate for the job.
5. Can you work under pressure and deal with deadlines?
Yes, I can work under pressure and deal with deadlines. The pressure to complete the task
were given one by one and yes basically I always use to manage the task of completing
work before or on deadlines. In past as I was been a member of Central Council I use to
manage the allocated event properly and also at the same time I managed my studies. I
can be faced with stressful situations that require me to work under pressure on a daily
basis and have since learned to manage stress. Now its just part of the job that I do well.
6. What career options do you have at this moment?
To succeed in an environment of growth and excellence and earn a job which provides
me job satisfaction and self-development and help me achieve personal as well as
organization goals. As I am the student of Marketing Field, I am comfortable travelling
and also Im good at communicating so for now I would have an option to be selected
and give the best result of my work.
7. How would you define success?
As per my point of view success can be achieved by working hard with Smart Work.
Success has a number of different elements. On the one hand, it's clearly having
achieved a specific goal or goals the satisfaction of a job well done, having achieved
one's purpose. On the other hand, it's also the recognition of that achievement by others.
Ultimately, success is a significant motivator for me the desire to achieve success in all
that I undertake and to contribute to the best of my ability.
8. If you could choose any company, where would you go?
I would always go for the company where I could enhance my knowledge, where I could
serve the company at best and get progress. I would go for more challenging work which
would help me in my futures to deals with different sets of problems.
9. What are your long-range goals?
I have learned that long-term goals are best achieved when I break them into shorter
goals. My short-term goal is to find a position that will put me in a forward-moving
company with solid performance and future projections. As part of a team, I want to add
value and continue to grow the company. My long-term goal will depend on where the
company goes. My plan is to move into a position of responsibility where I can lead a

team.
10. How long will you stay with us?
Actually, I am looking to make a long-term commitment. Yet I will work as long as my
presence is beneficial for your company as well as mine. If I get career growth, job
satisfaction, and a healthy environment then I don't need job change.
11. What is your management style?
I do not conform to a specific management style. I try to adjust my style of management
to each situation, since part of my job is to assess both the best way to complete the
project efficiently and the style of leadership that works best with current staff dynamics.
Mostly I would go for the leadership at best as in the past I had a great experiences of
leading
the
team.
12. Are you a good manager? Can you give me some examples? Do you feel that you have top
management potential?
Yes, I am a Good Manager as good manager includes management skills, professionalism,
leadership skills and powerful decision making skills which helps the company to expand . Yet,

management isn't for everyone. It requires a unique set of skills to get the best
performance out of all employees and to juggle a number of tasks all at once. Managers
also put in longer hours and are held to a higher standard of accountability. And I am
proud that I can manage the number of task at a same time so yes I can say that I feel that
I m potential for Top Management.
13. Do you consider yourself a leader? How?
Yes, I considered myself a leader. Leader should have skills of leadership and in past I
have been a leader of many groups. And coordinated the work as a Team leader.
14. What important trends do you see in our industry?
There are many trend that company should go for Marketing like mobiles are the center
for marketing due to online shopping, Transparency of brand would lead to build
Customer relationships, and thus there would be more factors which would lead to the
growth of the company.
15. Would you describe a few situations in which your work was criticized?
Like every other student, I have received input from my Professor that helped me to see
my work could be improved. Once I was given a project on which I spent a lot of time
but after listening carefully to criticize, I saw that how I could make the changes so that
the final report would be more efficient.

16. What are your strong points?

My strongest point is that I am extrovert and can easily get into contact with others and
also always ready to help others in their problems.
17. What are your weak points?
I have had trouble in the past with planning and prioritization. However, for having
balance between work and life I use to overcome with a proper planning towards my
priorities. Also over helping sometimes results in my weak point.
18. What do you feel this position should pay?
I really need more information about the job before we start to discuss salary. Id like to postpone
that discussion until later. Maybe you could tell me what is budgeted for the position, and how
your commission structure works.

19. Do you speak to others before they speak to you?

Yes, I do speak to others before they speak to me, as I am Extrovert. Being a student of marketing
I developed the skill of communication with different kinds of people and do have a skill of
convincing others easily I only speak before they speak to me

20. You can have a million dollars to launch your ideas best entrepreneurial idea. What is it?
If I can have a million dollars to launch my ideas I would do the business related
Technology because in nowadays technology has been enhancing and due to that the
workload has been decreased so I would be manufacturing the innovative machines
which would help the large companies to reduce their workload.
