CONTRACTOR SCOPE OF SUPPLY

A. Special loading devices

The equipment includes:
1. The UOP dense loader device

2. Stationary hopper and reactor manhole cover, to be built on site
3. New drum covers with quick release retainer rings (2 pieces)
4. A drum lifting-slopping devices (2 pieces)
5. When necessary, a small platform should be installed on the top of the reactors to allow the
operation.
6. Dense loading machine utilities and equipments requirements.

NOTE:
IOCL shall not issue Form-39 (Road Permit for materials, tools/tackles & machineries etc.
required to execute the job). Contractor shall contact UP State Sales Tax/VAT Authority
and arrange for the required Road Permit at their own cost
Note: telescopic crane for lifting drums will be provided by IOCL

B. Apart from above equipment vendor to supply the following

Hydra/forklift etc. for lifting the catalyst & hopper.

Transportation arrangement for shifting of unloaded catalyst within refinery premises.
All consumables required for cutting of gaskets from sheets, lapping compound approved by
EIC, lapping oil
Special unloading lid - (2 No.)
Bailing wire

Wide rubber bands - to fit a 6-inch diameter tube or surgical tubing
18. Quick release drum lid retainer rings (two required).
19. Metal sling for hoisting catalyst drums
Catalyst Weighing Machine (0-500 kg)
Dust collectors including ducting
NOTE:

Above scope of supply in indicative only and not exhaustive and therefore all other materials/
facilities which has not been specifically mentioned in IOCL scope of supply, shall be supplied
by the contractor to complete the job in all respect as per direction if Engineer-in-charge.
Mobilization
Contractor has to mobilize his crew member in short notice within 7 days if required else
15 days notice period will be given for the mobilization of man power
