Compensation and benefits to cover the following: a) Salary Structure b) Perquisites c) Benefits, such as housing, transport allowances, medical facility, education and other allowances, advances and social amenities and other functional and area allowances Travelling and pension rules System and procedures for administering the above compensation and benefit packages Incentive package: Among other things, the incentive package will be related to performance: a) Linking annual increments with the performance b) Reward individual and group performance separately c) Include formal rewards such as certificates, cash reward, promotion, special benefits/ privileges

Devise an implementation strategy for administration of Proposed System
Identify the administrative bottlenecks in the smooth implementation of proposed structure by suggesting suitable measures to harmonize the proposed recommendations, focusing on Terminal Benefits & Job Security in Public Sector Organization Formulate System and Procedures for administering the proposed system. Harmonize the proposed Corporate Structure with the Service Structure/ Rules for all categories of employees Processes and Procedures should be convertible to any ERP based system
