Theological Styles

Sitting
It is a theological style which relies the bible heavily. It treats the doctrine systematically and
followers of this style follow theology objectively. It follows objectively the scripture. It is dogmatic in
nature. It aims to the truth is the source of divine revelation. It focusses on the truth the religion.

Walking
Can be termed as a theology which applies theology in the most practical way as possible. Aims
to liberate the poor. Its source of inspiration is the public ministry of Jesus Christ during the new
testament. Walking is exemplified through immersing with the poor and neglected people in the society. It
focuses on improving the morality of our least brothers and sisters. Enriching their spirituality by means
of sharing the word with them. Generally, walking is the practical application of the Word of God.

Kneeling
Christians usually does this form of prayer when they are at the church. They focus more on
praying. It is a solemn way of praising the lord and expressing their faith by participating special feasts
according to the bible. This style happens when the devotes of saint and the holy family celebrate church
occasions. This can also present during the consecration. Does not ignore the past or the present. The
church pray together with the architecture and Christ like icons. It usually seen during mass communion
novena and feast days.
