should then be submitted by the student with the Literature Review via the e-assignment system. It is the students
responsibility to ensure this form is completed and submitted on time. This form will be available to the markers of the

As part of the procedures for assessing Reports, all students are given an opportunity below to provide feedback and
comments to inform the assessment process. It is intended that these replies will provide information that is additional
to the formal report, and will be used to help the markers. You may wish to mention any issues that have adversely
affected your performance. The following list is not prescriptive, but areas that could be addressed include What do
you think are the major strengths of your literature review? Was there a lot of information available in
your subject area? and any other relevant comments.
Obviously, in the field of back pain there is a lot of research and literature available, so much so that at the beginning I
wasnt sure where I should even start. However, after a brief discussion with my supervisor and the provision of a few
example papers, I was able to narrow down my literature searching somewhat, and this made things a lot easier. Aside
from this, I dont feel I have been hindered in anyway.

I provided George with a study protocol and some initial references. We discussed the content and structure of the
review; George then worked independently to expand his reading and produce the literature review.
