This is to inform your good office that Jean Klaude E. Gimpes, student of
Grade 8-Lauan is suffering from T/C Varicella (please see attached Medical
Certificate). Chickenpox (varicella) is a contagious illness that causes an
itchy rash and red spots or blisters (pox) all over the body. Chickenpox
usually isn't a serious health problem in healthy children. But a child with
chickenpox needs to stay at home.
He was advised by his attending physician to rest for one to two weeks
(indefinite).
Please acknowledge receipt of submitted projects, assignments and
homeworks as required by his teachers.
