SELECTION OF STUDENT SPORTS CO-ORDINATOR FOR MYTHRI 2016-17


Mythri, annual sports meet will be held from 06th to 08th October 2016.
Students will be part of organizing team in the following games.
INDOOR
Badminton
Table tennis
Carrom
Chess

OUTDOOR

5. Kabaddi.
6. Tug of War
7. Three legged Race.(100 meters)
ATHLETICS: Shot put, 100 meters, 200 meters, 4X100 relay race.

The selection of student sports Coordinator, Deputy-coordinator & Volunteers is


scheduled on following dates at MPH.

Selection Criteria :( Coordinators, Deputy-coordinators)
Total marks of 100 will be awarded as per the following criterias:
1. 50 marks for the interview performance. Out of which 10 marks for PED
recommendation
2. 10 marks for state level participations in a particular sport/Game.
3. 10 marks for zonal or university level or inter-college level assisted by the
institution.
4. 10 marks Academic performance & 10 mark other extracurricular activities.
5. 5 marks for HODs recommendations.
6. 5 mark for being a part of coordinating committee in previous sports meet.
NOTE:
1. Relevant documents supporting above criteria has to be brought during selection with
biodata and duly filled form available in info center.
2. Selected students list will be displayed on the department notice board & info center
2. No late entries will be entertained.
3. Coordinators, Deputy-coordinator and Volunteers will also be attached with other
organizing and preparation activities.
