Greater Throw Distance

Printing with Lexmark supports higher speed applications while

maintaining print quality. This can provide the end user with a
much more efficient and cost effective print solution

Up to is now possible for increased print quality. This allows

the printer to jet drops of inks over further distances with significant improved accuracy.

With inc.jets HP based print heads, speeds up to 1000 feet per

minute can be achieved at a resolution of 75dpi. With Lexmark
integration, you can now obtain almost unheard of speeds of
1600fpm at the same print resolution.

In the Packaging environment this increase in throw distances

ensures that variability in material handling can be reduced and
higher quality printing can be maintained.

Increased Print Quality and Reliability

Built in Print Redundancy
The design of a Lexmark print head results in higher print quality
and resolution. The cartridge has two rows of columns, of 320
nozzles each, providing tremendous redundancy. This removes
the appearance of white lines caused from single nozzle failures
or clogs. as the next nozzle in the same row is still firing.

Lexmark technology gives a better drop formation giving crisper

print with a lower production of satellites or print shadowing.
Combine an increased throw distance and a better print capability
and Lexmark technologies will consistently create higher grade
