Cold W ar D evelopm ent o f Scalar Interferom etry
Prior to 1990, the w eather over N orth A m erica w as being steadily engineered by
the K GB — particularly beginning on July 4, 1976 — using giant strategic scalar
interferom eters on site in R ussia {i, ii, iii, iv}. From the beginning o f the
developm ent program w hich started shortly after W W II, the K G B personally
controlled the developm ent o f startling new R ussian w eapons under the Soviet
energetics program {v, vi, vii}. That program w as for the research and eventual
developm ent o f highly advanced new superw eapons m ore pow erful than the
atomic bomb.
The new superw eapons w ere developed, produced, m anned, and operated by the
K GB itself, and w ere never placed in the hands o f the regular R ussian arm ed
forces. Speaking to the P residium in 1960, K hrushchev referred to the
forthcoming scalar interferom eter w eapons w ith the follow ing statement:
“W e have a new w eapon — ju s t w ithin the portfolio o f our scientists,
so to speak — so pow erful that, if unrestrainedly use, it could w ipe out
all life on earth.”
The large Soviet strategic scalar interferom eters w ere deployed and becam e
operational in A pril 1963 — a bit too late for use by K hrushchev to counter the
U.S. confrontation in the Çuban M issile Crisis o f latter 1962. H ow ever, the first
operational w eapon w as used to destroy the U.S.S. T hresher nuclear subm arine
w hile on underw ater m aneuvers o f f the E ast C oast o f the U nited States, in April
1963. Thereby K hrushchev dem onstrated the p ow er o f his new w eapons over
nuclear subm arines — one o f the m ajor three elem ents o f the strategic m ilitary
nuclear firepow er o f the U nited States. Extension to the other tw o elem ents —
intercontinental ballistic m issiles (IC BM s) and strategic bom bers — w as obvious.
Incidents W h ere O utside Intervention Saved the United States
M any dramatic but largely unheralded incidents occurred during the so-called
“Cold W ar” . For exam ple, in the 1970s a sm all nation saved the U nited States
from total destruction by Soviet nuclear w eapons w hich had been inserted in our

OBLIVION 1

cities. T hat nation did it very simply: they likew ise inserted an appreciable
num ber o f nuclear w eapons o f their own, som e therm onuclear, inside Russia
itself, in its population centers and its prim ary target zones.
All these inserted nuclear w eapons — both in the U nited States and in Russia —
are still there w ith their activation teams, waiting. In such m anner was the
“balance o f terror” — the M utual A ssured D estruction or M A D doctrine — really
im plem ented and enforced vis a vis the Soviet U nion. A t the tim e this approach to
deterrence w as called “Dead M an Fuzing” .
In April 1986 a private little U.S. group intervened to prevent a forthcom ing giant
earthquake that w as being built up for the greater Los A ngeles and San Francisco
areas by the K GB scalar interferom eters. V ia a special electronic device, the group
suddenly destroyed one o f the distant Soviet scalar interferom eter transm itters —
thereby initiating the nearby C hernobyl nuclear incident but preventing the loss o f
perhaps 200,000 U.S. lives in Los A ngeles and San Francisco, together with
preventing terrible destruction and econom ic damage.
Also in 1986, the sam e friendly little nation again prevented our strategic
destruction by even m ore pow erful energetics w eapons developed by the Soviet
Union. As early as 1984, the friendly nation sim ply began exploding very large
Russian m issile am m unition storage sites, to w arn the Soviet Union o f w hat was
in store for it, if it attacked.
In 1997, again the U.S. w ould have been utterly destroyed on two occasions had it
not been for the sam e little nation. Several professional colleagues and I played a
desperate role in both o f those frighteningly real incidents, w hich w ere never
reported in the new s m edia. Indeed, our ow n intelligence agencies had no inkling
that a full strategic Soviet superw eapon attack to destroy the U nited States was
im m inent on each o f the occasions (the second o f w hich w ould have occurred on
M ay 1, 1997) {viii}. The M ay D ay attack for 1997 w ould have been the “big one”,
had the Federal Security Service (FSB /K G B ) not been checkm ated by “an offer it
could not refuse” — delivered once again by the friendly nation. During those
critical periods w hen every hou r on the clock seem ed a w eek in length, the hostile
arm ada that w ould have struck us included the Japanese Y akuza and Aum
Shinrikyo team s on site in Russia, operating leased K GB /FSB strategic scalar
interferom eters against the U.S.
Y akuza A cquisition o f Soviet Superweapons
W ith the collapse o f the old Soviet U nion ’s econom y, by the end o f 1989 the
R ussian financial situation w as grim. By courtesy o f the Russian M afia {ix} —
w hich w orks directly for the FSB/K G B — a rogue Japanese group consisting o f
the Y akuza {x} and the A um Shinrikyo cult {xi} w as conducted to Russia in latter
1989, m et w ith the K GB, and leased som e o f those large K GB strategic scalar
interferom eters on site in R ussia {xii}. The dow n paym ent w as $900 million U.S.
in gold bullion, and the lease is rum ored to be som e $1 billion per year. The
paym ent w as no problem for the Japanese team. The Y akuza had ripped o ff the

OBLIVION 2

Japanese taxpayer for hundreds o f billions o f dollars, never repaid, and so the
rogue Japanese group could easily afford such leasing {xiii}.
The Y akuza and A um Shinrikyo then assigned team s to m an those superw eapon
sites and begin w eather engineering operations against the U nited States and other
targets. The A um Shinrikyo even set up a sm all university in R ussia w here the
energetics theory and technology could be taught to the rogue Japanese team s by
the KGB scientists.
A fter much training, in 1990 the rogue Japanese team s began operating the leased
interferom eters {xiv} w orldw ide for w eather engineering and other purposes
under the supervision o f the FSB/K G B . The Y akuza and its vast resources
w orldwide w ere thus incorporated into the F SB /K G B planning and coordination
for the com ing destruction o f the U nited States and the W estern world.
M uch later, W estern investigations into the A um Shinrikyo did clearly establish
the sect’s links in Russia, but m issed the m ajor involvem ent o f the Y akuza. The
Soviets easily m ade it appear that contact o f the A u m Shinrikyo w ith Russia had
been harm less (with the exception o f the sarin nerve gas). Q uoting Turbiville
{xv}:
“Russian, Japanese, and other investigators quickly identified a substantial
number o f [Aum Shinrikyo] sect members in Russia, including members in the
government and other walks o f life. Media commentators took note o f a ‘gas
analyzer’ o f Russian origin seized at a sect facility; reports o f Aum Shinrikyo
sect members among Russian Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defenses
Troops; alleged sect ties to the Russian Academy o f Sciences; the large volume
o f commercial Russian ship and aircraft traffic between Russia and Japan; and
other issues that suggested questionable Russo-Japanese linkages to sarin
production or transport... Official Russian military and security service
spokesmen, while acknowledging Aum Shinrikyo’s presence in Russia,
reiterated the absolute security o f military chemical depots and munitions...”

So it was that in early 1990, the F SB /K G B transferred their N orth A m erican
w eather engineering operation to the Y akuza/A um Shinrikyo team s, w ho
perpetuated it using the R ussian scalar interferom eters that the Y akuza had leased.
Today the rogue Japanese team s on site in R ussia and elsew here continue their
w eather engineering against the U nited States under F SB /K G B supervision.
A t the end o f 2004, the FSB /K G B and Y akuza entered the 2-year “O perations
Phase” o f asym m etric w ar against the U nited States. W eather operations —
including H urricanes Charlie, Frances, Ivan, Jeanne, etc. — intensified and rem ain
intense, w reaking great econom ic dam age. T he program included directly
influencing and controlling each hu rricane’s po w er and behavior, as w ell as
directing its course, speed and targeting path. Indeed, Ivan did a 180 degree turn,
and Jeanne did a 360 degree loop before reaching Florida, dem onstrating an
unprecedented and sophisticated level o f storm control.
M eteorologists do recognize periods o f increased or decreased hurricane activity
for various reasons {xvi}, but very few consider deliberate hum an induction o f

OBLIVION 3

hurricanes or hum an control over their direction, pow er, and progress {xvii}.
Fortunately, a few do.

Indeed, in latter M arch o f 2004, H urricane C atarina — the first-ever recorded in
the South A tla n tic1,— form ed and cam e ashore in Brazil on M arch 28 w ith 90 m ph
w inds, doing substantial dam age. So w hile the conventional w isdom is that
hurricanes cannot form (naturally) in the South Atlantic, this one did and “broke
all the records” . It appears to have been a deliberate probe by the Yakuza:

Produce and drive ashore a hurricane where the textbooks state one is impossible,
to test whether Western governments and scientists recognize the artificial
weather engineering. The answer, o f course, is that — as expected — the W est
did not recognize its im portance, or that it w as a deliberate “stim ulus.” W estern
m eteorologists and governm ents sim ply shrugged o ff H urricane Catarina as an
interesting little phenom enon o f no great concern.
Som e tim e after their 1989 lease o f the Russian interferom eters, the Y akuza
carried the science and technology o f scalar electrom agnetics (energetics) back to
Japan. T here they set up their ow n clandestine facilities to m anufacture such
w eapons, including sm all portable scalar interferom eters, electrom agnetic pulse
(EM P) w eapons, and even negative energy EM P w eapons. A ny group or nation
possessing scalar interferom eters is also able to produce either positive energy
E M P or negative energy E M P in the distant interference zone. Smaller, more
portable w eapons then follow.
Selected portable w eapons o f such types will be inserted — probably have already

been inserted — into the U.S. for destroying its key internal targets and
centralized electrical p ow er system. W ith the final coup de grace to be delivered
about tw o years from now , the loss o f our national electrical pow er system is
intended to evoke the catastrophic collapse o f the entire U.S. econom y, followed
by the fall o f other W estern natio ns’ econom ies like toppling dom inoes.
D espite the risk, the U.S. G overnm ent, scientific com m unity, intelligence
com m unity, and electrical po w er industry seem totally incapable o f confronting
the desperate requirem ent to replace our entire centralized electrical pow er system
w ith fuel -free self-pow ering “energy from the vacuum ” (EFT V ) systems as
rapidly as possible. M erely m entioning the requirem ent evokes psychological
displacem ent activity, denial, and fierce personal attacks on the proponent. It also
induces strong opposition from the pow erful cartels in our society — energy,
science, governm ent, the environm ental com m unity, the financial and industrial
com m unity, etc. H ence the U.S. continues “energy business as usual”, w hile the
clock ticks aw ay to our destruction {xviii}.
O u r D esperate N eed to C orrect the Seriously Flawed Classical
E lectrom agnetics (C E M ) and Electrical Engineering (EE) M odels
In the past w e have described the longitudinal electrom agnetic (EM ) wave
transm itters used in these interferom eter w eapons w ith the phrases “scalar
electrom agnetics” and “scalar interferom etry” {xiv}. Tesla did not originate these
