It is my great honor and privilege to be with you in your memorable day 17 th Moving Up
Culmination 2016 . I consider this as part of my grown up years when I was still as
young as like you and for I did spend my youngest and childish years here with lots of
unforgettable experience.
On this momentous days in the lives of these five years old, we gather here to
recognize and honor to our preschool graduates. Over the past two years they have
come through their respective day care center to play, paint, color, draw, dress-up, read,
and write,. They really have a lot of fun. Along the way, you have made new friends, and
have been taught by your wonderful teachers.

Ug para sa inyo, mga ginikanan. I also want to share a little bit of my life and
achievement to all the people around here. If I did not overcome my fear in facing the
crowd, I will not be here in front of you. If I let my shyness and fear of rejection over rule
my life and pretend that I am not exist before, I will not be a successful one today. Thus,
Im still not moving on to the next level of my life. But because I follow my mothers
advice and listened to her sermon everyday, I become a loving and caring person.
Indeed, I just paid off their hard labor and sacrifices. Therefore, parents have different
strategy in raising their children. But I believe that parents have the key to unlock their
childrens potential and develop them properly. I just observed children, nowadays, that
they need more attention and guidance. Thats some of the children are influenced on
the improper use of technology and also to this uncontrollable change made by
modernization. Even, nurturing the children with good values and teach them how to
respect and preserve our culture have been slowly declining. We cannot stop the
changes occur in our society. But, you, parents have the power to guide the mindset of
your children. So while, they are moving up to new challenges of their lives by entering
a 1 year of schooling in kindergarten before going to Elementary level as implemented
by K to 12 Curriculum Program, they need your time to help them correct their
misconception on different things around us as they will experience new memories in
their lives. Let us help them explore, dream and aim high as they moving on to the next
level of reality.
To the teaching staff especially to our Daycare teachers, I salute you! I know how hard
to be a teacher for I am also one of it but you started to nourish and motivate the life
long journey of these children who are moving on to their next level of education. Im
sure you will be proud someday looking at them as great leaders of our society. In Gods
time, you will receive your Return of Investment.
May I also take this opportunity to extend my warmest and heartfelt thanks to my former
teacher, Maam Araceli Baang, that I used to call before as Mam Daga. for my success
is your success too maam. You sharpened me so well. Even I had a lack of confidence
before, I also learned great things from you. I cant forget all the things I learned from
you, mam.
My speech may be long but I hope this message I will impart an inspiration to guide you
and light your ways in the higher level of education. I also pray for your successful
journey, children.
