Operations Director
Human Resources Manager
Financial Director
Marketing Director

c. Roles of each member of the task force

Operations Director Is in charge of maintenance of the industrys machinery,


conducting time and motion studies, setting work performance standards, and proposing
new/improved work methods

Human Resources Manager Planning and coordinating the administrative functions.


He/She will be consulting the top executives on strategic planning in developing the

industry
Financial Director Has overall control of all the financial company strategy and will
analyze figures and has to implement recommendations based on these findings, with the

most profitable outcomes


Marketing Director- Carries out market research to obtain a clear understanding of what
the industries customers really want. Also to study the organizations competitors so as to
develop efficient marketing techniques.
