Intrinsic motivation is about initial interest of the student about the course topic influence the
successfulness of the student at the classroom. There is have a components that instructor can
follow to implement the motivation of the student.
Firstly is design their course to make student have ability to choose their own actions and
didnt feel controlled,such as allow the student to control their pace of their lesson and school
activities,In other hand, give them space to bring forward their opinion and ideas but instructor
must not try to switch their own behaviour like provide the reasonables of the rules and discuss
together how they want to manage the classroom policies.
Next, insructor need to explain the advantages of the course in the future,make
them clear and relate their understanding based on real world and future career,it can be done by
make some activities, to enchance their softskill and instructor explain the topic based on
application in this real world.
In other hand,by showing the expectation to occupies the instructor needed can
design their success. instructor need to detailing all the aspects that is needed in one assignment
to make the student clear, make the question that generate their critical thiniking. In other
hand,the level of difficulties need make student know the level of their knowledge and making

the evaluation towards their performances. Next,doing some retask,giving some useable tips,
positive feedback, numerous and variety set of of question or asignment.
Besides that, few different theoretical and conceptual definitions of interest (Krapp,
Hidi, & Renninger, 1992),the situation interest can be happen to make the class interesting to
grab the student intention. The activities must be relate of the student social life to make them
easy to stimulate the explanation, in other word, create some activities that can express their
emotion and feeling, make your presentation interesting, give situation that make student
thinking out of the box and make them resolve the situation. Next, to grab the student interest in
the syllabus,instructor need to have passion and encouragement to do so and spend some time to
answering the question from the student.
Caring towards the student is one of the key towards the Intrinsic motivation to the
student. Baumeister and Leary (1995) states that, have frequently interaction, and very cares
towards another person is the main features of caring. Make student feel the caringness of the
instructor, it can be done by showing some caring attitudes, willing to listen the student opinion
and ideas and give some respond. Next, make the student feel we concern about their welfare,
like instructore tolerance with their dateline asignment if they have emergency, and show some
interest about their social life. In other hand, build a caringness relationship towards team
member, such as instructor can create a culture of making work together to make them build a
positive relationship towards each other.
Expectation towards the abilities to completing the task is also influence the Intrinsic
motivation of the student, Different aspect of their expectation about themselves can effect the
awareness and understanding of one person, how they implemented the strategies and their effort
management. In other hand , Besides that, value component of the motivation that include what
the student want to achieve and the self perception towards the importance of learning is also
important and the last but not least, the emotional reaction that mean, what is they perception
toward the something condition,such as, high anxious student will be more competableand effort
compare to the less anxious.

In conclusion,there are many source and reason of the Intrinsic motivation of the student
that we need to learn. There are meny finding that have been find, what is the factor of the
influence the Intrinsic motivation and how to implemented that.
