All MP2-5 mountings need to be inspected according to the test protocols below.

Quality Protocol Supplier:

1. Measurement report of mountings confirming product is according drawing:
S01-0MP2-002*
S01-0MP3-002*
S01-0MP4-002*
S01-0MP5-002*
2. Static stiffness test (according to Static measurements MP2-5 file), maximum
deviations +-10%*
3. Dynamic test (according to Dynamic measurements MP2-5 file), maximum deviations
+-10%**
4. Visual inspection of elements (confirming no air inclusion/cracks in rubber)*
5. Chemical laboratory test report of rubber compound (confirming the compound
characteristics)
All the certificates / tests have to be signed by Manufacturer. Certificates / test results
have to be send by E-mail to Rubber Design.
Rubber Design needs to approve the test results before parts can be shipped.
