A Collaborative Approach

During the Ultra-Broadband Summit 2016 held in Singapore, the emphasis was on cooperation and
collaboration a win-win situation among the private and public sectors to accelerate the
development of ultra-broadband infrastructure and services across the Asia Pacific region. The
summits vision was to provide Ultra-Broadband connectivity for wider coverage, faster speed, and
better experiences for all end-users in the Asia Pacific. An open, in-depth discussion between the
public and private sector would promote exchange of innovative ideas, success stories and plans for
sustainable industry development to build and maximise the potential yield of the Gigaband era.
