The non-putrescible waste is separated in two waste streams; one grinds plastic and rubber into
small chunks so valuable metals can be recovered. The second waste stream is re-introduced into
the process-waste stream and goes through rotary trammels with band magnets for metal
recovery. Material is forced through a Biosphere densifier which converts waste into 20g
Biosphere flakes that can be introduced into the Biosphere's three venture system (400c-
2100c/3812f) for gasification in the integrated gasification combined cycle system (IGCC),
stored, or economically transported for gasification at another plant. Currently there are
Biosphere MKV's in operation in Ireland, China, United Kingdom, Beirut, West Africa, Lebanon,
France, and Japan.

The Biosphere Energy System will consume as a fuel source:

- Agricultural surpluses, animal waste, animal parts, and affluent from ranches, pig, and
chicken farms.

- Municipal Solid Waste
- Municipal Raw Sewage Sludge
- Petroleum by-products such as: Bitumen, Oilfield waste, Untreated Shale Oil, Oil
Contaminated Top Soil, Drill Cuttings, Petroleum Coke, Heavy Refinery Residuals,
Asphalt, and Chlorinated Hydrocarbon by-products
- Poly-chlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Waste

- Buckyballs- are used for contrast agent for MRI's, it sells for $4.4 million/gram
- The Biosphere also produces the basis for: ferro mag, carbon nano, and nanotubes which
are products on the cutting edge of technology.
 The Biosphere has many practical applications from providing communities and business' a
way to discard their municipal and commercial solid waste without leachating into the
environment. The Biosphere can be used in the suburbs of New York to the coal mines of China,
producing needed products by using waste instead of having to buy expensive natural gas to
facilitate society's energy needs. The Biosphere MKV was Bord Na Mona certified in Dundalk
Ireland, it surpasses all U.S. and European EPA standards, it's carbon neutral, and will receive a
significant amount of carbon credits which are being traded for $6-$35. Plants are delivered
complete with all required machinery excluding local required handling and electrical
substations. They're designed to operate 8700 hours/yr, and the Biosphere has a 25yr. warranty
from the manufacturer. Spectrum Blue Steel's plants can be configured to produce electricity and
synthetic petroleum products from Syngas depending on the site and market conditions. The
Biosphere produces $85,000,000/yr. with an overhead of $250,000 excluding a workforce of 25
people, and this profit estimation is increasing with every new innovation. Information on our
