Your session date is not officially reserved with Snapshotz Photography until your deposit has been

paid in full.
**THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF THE SESSION. PHOTOGRAPHS
WILL NOT BE EDITED OR PRESENTED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
Your deposit fee is non-refundable but I will gladly reschedule due to illness, or other unforeseen
circumstances; please notify Snapshotz as soon as possible if you must reschedule due to an illness.
If the weather isn't agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule to another date. No
shows, last minute cancellations without adequate notice, or clients who are 20+ minutes late will
not be refunded OR rescheduled. (Tardiness of 20+ minutes without notification will result in a
cancelled session with the retainer forfeited, and under 20 minutes will result in a shortened session
time.) If the Photographer is unable to perform this agreement due to illness, emergency, fire,
casualty, strike, act of God or causes beyond the control of the Photographer, the Photographer and
Client shall make every attempt to reschedule the session. If a reschedule is unable to be agreed
upon, Photographer shall return payment to the client and shall have no further liability. Further, if
the Photographer is unable to deliver photographic materials due to technological malfunctions,
including but not limited to camera and processing, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of
the Photographer, liability shall be limited.
Your portraits will be available approximately 4 weeks after your session. You will be contacted via
email with your download link when they are available. Sessions are edited in the order they are
taken, and will not be bumped ahead of others. Photos will be presented to you in a special
protected online gallery that allows you to quickly and easily download your high resolution photos
instead of waiting to obtain your files. You can download your high resolution images right away
directly to your phone, tablet, or computer at your convenience. After you have downloaded all of
your files to your desktop, please make sure to save them to a DVD or a Jump Drive as soon as
possible for safe keeping. You will be emailed a print release so you will be able to make prints at
your convenience if you wish.
Unedited or RAW images are NOT available. This is non-negotiable. The Photographer retains the
right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the client.
Your gallery will be posted for 12 weeks, During these 12 weeks you will be able to place any print or
canvas orders, and download your digital files. There is a $25 re-hosting fee to re-post your gallery
after the expiration date. Payments for your print, canvas, or other specialty products are due in full
when you place the order. Orders will not be placed until payment is received. All portrait orders
take approximately 2 weeks to process.

Snapshotz guarantees that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect,
and wants you to be more than pleased with your images. If a client is unhappy with their images
from their session, one re-shoot may be offered at the discretion of the photographer. Snapshotz
will make every attempt to make sure you are more than happy with your images, however, reshoots will not be scheduled because of misbehaviour, unwillingness to participate in the session, or
being unhappy with wardrobe/makeup/hair choices. If a family member being photographed is ill,
please notify Snapshotz as soon as possible BEFORE the session to choose a different date. If a
refund is issued, the client will have their balance returned to them MINUS the deposit. The deposit
fee is non refundable. If a refund is issued, all photos will be purged and will no longer be available.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued after a client has downloaded their images from their gallery.
If a client is verbally abusive or disrespectful in any way to the photographer or other clients at the
session, Snapshotz has the right to terminate the session at any time, and the client will forfeit the
deposit fee. If a client is over 20 minutes late without notice, the session will be cancelled and the
retainer fee will be forfeited.
The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to client during the course of the
photography session and the immediately surrounding events. Snapshotz puts every effort into
providing a safe environment for your photos to be taken in. We cannot be held responsible for
actions that led to an injury, such as, but not limited to: climbing on furniture, running around,
injuries from tripping or falling, not staying in the photo area, bug bites or plant allergies at outdoor
sessions, or food allergies from any food consumed during the session. I will not be held liable for
injuries due to unsafe acts on you or your familys behalf. Always supervise your children. Please DO
NOT have children climbing around behind backdrops and near equipment. Children must be close
by during outdoor sessions and supervised by parents at ALL TIMES. Failure to supervise family
members will result in your session time being cut short.
All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Snapshotz Photography and are protected by
Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce the work in any manner unless a print release
has been issued to the client. As an artist Snapshotz wishes to have control over the final look of her
clients images. Printing is not allowed unless payment has been made in full, and a print release has
been issued. Screen shot images, or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the
original image quality. Images copied or printed from Facebook, the website, or galleries without
permission are violations of copyright laws. Adding filters, special effects, or altering images in any
way is not permitted Since you, the client, are purchasing digital files with your package, all files
must be downloaded by the gallery expiration date. Snapshotz Photography is not responsible for
lost files, and is not required to back up or keep your files for you.
Right of Refusal - If, for any reason, Snapshotz does not feel able to provide you with the services
you require, another photographer may be recommended. Snapshotz Photography reserves the
right to refuse service to any client who knowingly and intentionally disregards any of the
aforementioned policies.
Model Release - I hereby give to Snapshotz Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and
permission with respect to the photographs that she has taken of myself and/or my minor child(ren)
in which she may be included with others:
a) To copyright the same in the photographers name or any other name that she may select;
b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction
with other

photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including
(but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and; I hereby release
and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection
with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.
