As the 4th Philippine SME Business Expo is nearing; MEDIACOM SOLUTIONS INC. has prepared this
Exhibition Manual containing extensive event and venue information, regulations and instructions to
help you plan a smooth and successful exhibition.
Exhibitors are kindly requested to read this manual carefully and thoroughly to be familiar with the
preparations, programs and policies of the 4th Philippine SME Buisness Expo.
While every effort will be made to maintain the procedures and rates quoted in this manual, these
may vary in accordance with changes, fluctuations and unforeseen events which may be beyond the
control of MEDIACOM SOLUTIONS INC.
This Manual is not designed to replace our personal service. Our management team will be available

space, located at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, Philippines.
Megatrade Hall is one of the countrys premier exhibition and conference venues offering

SMX Conventiion Center is the largest private venue in the Philippines for trade events, industry

Firearms or deadly weapons are not allowed inside the event
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or to request any person to leave the
event, if the person does not follow the rules or regulation of the event or house rules of the
venue. This applies also during the ingress and egress period.

EXHIBIT MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT RULES

1. Exhibitors must complete construction, decoration during ingress and disassembly during
egress by the date and time stipulated by the ORGANIZER. Completely or partially clearing of
the stand before the end of the exhibition is strictly prohibited.
2. Exhibitors must accomplish the EXHIBITOR FORM #2 as clearance for items and equipment
to be brought in and out of the exhibit. The ORGANIZER will not be held liable for any loss or
damage that may occur during ingress, event proper and egress.
3. Accredited freight forwarders and/or exhibitors must first seek permission to operate lifting
equipment within and around the exhibition halls.
4. The ORGANIZER will not accept or receive delivered goods on behalf of any exhibitor or be
responsible for the safekeeping of such items after delivery.
5. No product can be moved in or out during the event operating hours. If products have to be
carried in, it should be done prior to event opening or after event closing.

Product sampling must take place only within the contracted booth area. They may not
take place in the aisles or other common areas within the event area.
Exhibitors are prohibited from sampling / selling products which they do not manufacture
or distribute.
The ORGANIZER will not be liable for any claims, suits damages and costs arising from
negligence by the exhibitors or his contractors or sub-contractor related to his participation
in the exhibition.
No appliance with open flame will be allowed in the individual booths. Exhibitors who wish
to conduct sampling / tasting must use a hot plate or electric stove only. Exhibitors using
heating appliances within the booth are required to bring at least one (1) ABC-Type fire
extinguisher. Roving guards will conduct inspection to ensure compliance with this
requirement.

IDs & Dress Code

1. Exhibitors will be provided EXHIBITOR IDs (Exhibitor Form #3) to serve as entry passes. NO
ID NO ENTRY WILL BE ENFORCED STRICTLY.
2. The ID must be worn conspicuously at all times while at the Exhibition premises. Lost IDs
will not be replaced. In case of loss, exhibitor has to purchase an ID (P50.00 each) from the
Organizer.
3. The dress code of this event is Smart Casual. Sandos and Slippers are strictly not allowed
during ingress, egress and the event proper. Delivery personnel must observe the Mall dress
code.

EVENT PUBLICITY & PROMOTION

1. Exhibitors are encouraged to promote their participation in the event via sending of press
releases, Facebook and Email, or Mobile Text announcements, or sending of invitations to
their community and clients.
2. During the event advertising must be limited to the confines of each exhibiting company and
noise should be restricted to an acceptable sound level.
3. Any advertising using lighting or sound must have prior approval of the Organizer, who may
withdraw such permission once granted if the item in question causes nuisance to
neighboring exhibitors, causes obstruction or ruin the appearance of the exhibition.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the acceptability and extent of product
demonstrations. Should spectator interfere with the normal traffic flow in aisles, the
Organizer has the right to discontinue the presentation.
