MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered into in the City


of Manila, Philippines by and between
ALL ABOUT BAKING PH with office address at 2 Kitanlad St. cor Quezon
Avenue
Brgy. Dona Josefa Quezon City represented by its (Designation, SIGNATORYs
NAME),
hereinafter referred to as ALL ABOUT BAKING.
- and FAR EASTERN UNIVERSITY MANILA., a non-sectarian and a private university
with
office address at Recto Ave, 395, Manila, 1008 Metro Manila, represented by
its (Designation, SIGNATORYs NAME), hereinafter referred to as FEU INC.
WHEREAS, ALL ABOUT BAKING in its concern to enhance the knowledge, skills,
attitudes, and values of prospective business professionals, has agreed to provide
corporate training to the Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) students under
the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (ITHM) of FEU INC. in the form of
actual exposure in the various program or workshop of the company.
WHEREAS, FEU INC. has instituted the Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM)
students, under the universitys Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (ITHM)
to undergo a workshop at ALL ABOUT BAKING as part of the universitys effort to
adequately expose its students to actual work situations, and to enable them to
acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values of world-class
management.

NOW, therefore, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, ALL ABOUT
BAKING and FEU INC. hereby agree on and stipulate the following:
A. ALL ABOUT BAKING shall:
1. Designate a Program Coordinator who will coordinate with FEU INC. the
various activities under this workshop;
2. Assign a coordinator who will monitor and guide the performance of the
students;
3. Provide the ingredients needed.
4. Designate a representative during the workshop; and
5. Inform the school, through the adviser or coordinator, other matters
related to the
Workshop
B. FEU INC. shall:
1. Recommend students who will undergo this workshop under the Bake It
Right Program.
2. Designate a faculty coordinator and/or faculty adviser who will coordinate
with ALL ABOUT BAKING on the various activities under this program;
3. Inform ALL ABOUT BAKING, through the faculty adviser or coordinator,
other matters related to the workshop; and
4. Together with the students, faculty, and parents concerned, renounce and
waive any claim against ALL ABOUT BAKING for any injury or loss that the
student participant may sustain or may suffer, personal or pecuniary, in their
performance while under this program not attributable to the negligence or
willful act of any of the personnel of ALL ABOUT BAKING. The waivers of the
concerned parties shall be submitted to ALL ABOUT BAKING prior to the
commencement of the training.
C. DURATION
This AGREEMENT shall hold for the duration of the said event (November 22, 2016).
Provided that ALL ABOUT BAKING and FEUU INC. reserve their respective rights to
withdraw their participation in the agreement upon written notice.

Bake It Right is a workshop type of event in partnership with All About

showcase their passion in baking and pastry production.

PROJECT RATIONALE AND OBJECTIVES


This workshop will be focusing on the latest trends, methods and skills
used in baking. It aims to acknowledge the skills and talents of the
participants.
To develop leadership abilities and self-confidence while improving healthy
product choices/decision making

The security guidelines and measure for the event:

Four (4) ushers/usherettes will be posted. One at the


entrance door and one at the exit door of Events and
Banquet Rooms 302-303. And the other two for assisting the
participants on their designated seats.
Receptionist will be assigned in the registration area to guide
the students.
First-aid kit will be provided by the medic team in case that
there would be a medical emergency. The clinic will be
immediately contacted if there are any major medical
emergencies.
The ushers within the event venue will also serve as
marshals for any concerns and conflicts during the event.
The Far Eastern University Security Department will be
informed about the event to avoid confusions and
misunderstanding.
