Roto power Projects Pvt. Limited is a strong team of more than 4500
employees that consists of Facility Managers, Housekeeping experts,
Technicians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Engineers, Supervisors, Managers, MIS
Agents and Trainers spread across the country.
Our client spread consists of various sectors from IT/ITES, Telecom, to
manufacturing industry. We are growing fast and have maintained 45%
CAGR for the last two financial years. Based on the rapid expansion in our
client portfolio, we forecast to be 5500 strong team by the end of this
financial year. We conduct periodic refresher courses for our existing staff
and depending on the course content such refreshers are conducted in
the class room as well as at sites.

Sangram Dhar heads the Operations of Roto Power Projects Pvt. Limited
for Facility Management business. He has been the driving force for the
initiation of FM business in Roto Power Projects Pvt. Limited and has
scaled the business over last 13 years of his stay in Roto Power Projects
Pvt. Limited. He has led aggressive creation of inroads in the marketplace
by expanding the company's services, market share and presence in the
country. Over these years, Sangram made several valuable customer
acquisitions across the country and has been the key motivator for the
operations team across Roto Power Projects Pvt. Limited.
He is the MR for ISO 9001:2008 for the last 5 years for Roto Power
Projects Pvt. Limited. Sangram has a Masters in Engineering from NSI,
Kanpur and graduated in Electrical Engineering from The Institution of
Engineers, Calcutta.

ENGINEERING SERVICES
RPPL is able to provide round-the-clock operations and maintenance
support of all electro-mechanical installations, including preventive and
reactive / corrective maintenance to ensure optimum functioning of
systems. Our trained teams manage the process and control record of
spare parts and daily consumables for efficient operations. Logbooks are
maintained together with daily, weekly and monthly checklists and a wide
of reports generated to support MIS reporting. Based on our extensive
experience in engineering services, we are able to induce practices which
can lead to cost reduction on engineering services.

ENGINEERING SERVICES
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
Our capabilities on electrical maintenance cover operations &
maintenance of diesel generator sets, electrical sub-station equipment,
distribution boards, fittings, fixtures, switches and sockets.
HVAC MAINTENANCE
We are able to operate & maintain diverse HVAC equipment including
split / window ACs, chillers, compressors, packing units, AC panels, water
pumps and cooling towers, Air Handing Units and Fan Coil Units.
PLUMBING
Our capabilities on plumbing encompass operation and maintenance of
Water Treatment Plants, operation of Lifts / elevators, operation and
maintenance of fire detection / fighting systems, fire pumps and engines,
monitoring of water position / condition of fire water tanks, health checks
and refills of fire extinguishers, maintenance of plumbing and sanitary
lines; and operation and maintenance of sewage plants / recycling

India, including remote locations such as North East India. RPPL acts as a
reliable service partner for operations, maintenance and fault rectification

LT), Diesel Generator (15 KVA to 1500 KVA), Air Conditioner (Split,
Window, Ductable, PAC etc)
