Easter is the holiest day of the Christian religion.

The Orthodox Church celebrates Easter for more than two thousand years.
Easter is perhaps the most unique, not only because of its unusual
background, but also because it commemorates the victory of Christ over
death.
So, from generation to generation, the tradition of the Easter celebrations
has reached us and spread throughout the world.
Every year many people buy Christmas and Easter baskets for Easter.
They boil and paint Easter eggs and they watch Easter parades.
Easter is rich of many customs and traditions. For example, the tradition of
the liturgy at the dawn of Easter dates back to ancient spring celebrations
in honor of the sunrise
Easter egg is a symbol of life. The Persians and the Egyptians also colored
eggs and ate them during the celebration of the New Year which they had
in spring.
The date for the Easter holiday must come between March 22nd and April
25th. Easter is always on Sunday.
