Statement about the Problem :

In today's generation everyone is occupied by one or the other thing and no one has
time for petty issues. We understand that juggling between a job and managing
home tasks is not easy and leaves you with little time to pursue other dreams. One
does not need to be rocket scientist to know that getting able, efficient & costeffective handymen in India is difficult. The demand is all over with significant
need-gap.
Panakeia , this app is one solution for all your problems. Issues like buying stuff
from market (stationary, groceries, medicines etc.) taking print outs, photocopying
pages, urgent need of a driver, maid, baby sitter, small household chores, taking
your pets outside for a walk etc. Each and every small problem can be taken care
of through this app. The very main thing about this platform is that the service
providers are not only the professionals, but the common people like you who are
willing to help in exchange of money.

Objective of the project:

Panakeia aims at providing a hassle free experience across the country. This
portal is making a conscious effort to try to bring the power to its users by
providing an array which will end all the problems.

steady employment without having any qualification or professional degree.

Process Description:

1) Signup:- Both the users( worker and the requester) have to sign up for the
Panakeia and have to build their profile by providing necessary information.
2) Login:- using this option, both of them can enter into the app and can opt to
act as a requester or a worker at a time.
3) Request a Service(REQUESTER):- Requester requests his service to all
the workers nearby who are currently login into the app.
4) A service request is received by the workers nearby and are currently login
into the app.
5) Accept/Reject Request(WORKER):- Worker can either accept the request
or reject the request depending upon his own choice.
a. Accepted: if the worker accepts the request, both of them are now
connected to each other and share each others contact information.
b. Rejected: if worker rejects the service request, that request is deleted
from his window

6) Provide Service:- the worker do the job assigned by the other user and get
paid which is decided by both of them mutually.

7) Provide feedback: It is mandatory to provide feedback or the star rating for

each other. It will help the other users to know about the other users better.

8) Logout: To exit from the app.
