A minimum grade of C must be earned in all 10 (30 hours) courses listed above in addition to School of Business and Economics requirements.
Two MATHs are required for this discipline: MATH 111 and MATH 112. (MATH 103 & MATH 104 combined can substitute for MATH 111.) MATH 131 and/or MATH 132
can be used as substitutions for either course provided that two of these four courses are taken. All MATHs require a minimum of grade C or better. MATH 131 and MATH
132 are recommended for those planning to pursue graduate study. MATH 110 is not a substitute for MATH 111.
Scientific Reasoning List: BIOL 100, 101, 102, CHEM 104, 106, 107, 114 (lab), 116 (lab), 117 (lab), EASC 201, PHYS 101, 104, 105, 110, 111 (lab),
225, 226, 235 (lab), 236 (lab), 242, 251 (lab), 252 (lab)
African American Studies List: (Social Sciences) = HIST 201-203, (Humanities) = ENGL 209, LIBS 202, 223, 241, MUSI 220
Global Awareness List: (Social Sciences) = HIST 130, 207, 216, 231, (Humanities) = PHIL 265, ENGL 230, 231

NOTE: You must alternate choice of African American Studies and Global Awareness courses between Humanities
and Social Sciences. For instance, if you choose HIST 202 to satisfy your African American Studies requirement,
this class is a Social Sciences course; therefore, to satisfy the Global Awareness requirement, you must choose from
the Humanities courses that are listed, and vice versa. If you have any questions, please contact the office.
