A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL MRS. MARIA SANTIA A.
ARBOLEDA AND THE YES-O ADVISER MRS. ALMA C. CAWALING TO APPROVE THE
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE BENCHES AS STUDY NOOK AREA.
WHEREAS, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization aims to support
the Clean & Green, as well as the beautification program of the school.
WHEREAS, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization officers and
members have agreed to donate/put up a concrete study nook area in front of
the Grade 7 Department/somewhere near the landscapes of the said area.
WHEREAS, the said YES-O project aims to support the reading program to
encourage students of RSHS VI to foster good reading habits while outdoors. The
project shall be called, The Readers Niche.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Mariefher Grace Z. Villanueva, duly seconded
by Jann Lyndzey T. Marcelo, as it is hereby resolved to request the school
principal Mrs. Maria Santia A. Arboleda and the YES-O adviser Mrs. Alma C.
Cawaling to approve the construction of benches as the organizations proposed
project for the school year.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of the resolution be furnished the School
Principal Mrs. Maria Santia A. Arboleda and the YES-O adviser Mrs. Alma C.
Cawaling for their information and guidance.

WITHDRAWAL OF THE REMAINING YES-O FUNDS AT THE UCPB, NUMANCIA,
AKLAN AND OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF MRS. MARIA SANTIA A.
ARBOLEDA AND MRS. ALMA C. CAWALING.
WHEREAS, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization has the
remaining funds at the UCPB, Numancia, Aklan amounting to __________________
which will be withdrawn and be transferred in the new account name.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Alexander R. Pingoy Jr., duly seconded by
Sofia Marie C. Fujas, as it is hereby resolved to request the former school
principal Mrs. Merlyn S. Carrillo and the YES-O adviser Mrs. Alma C. Cawaling to
approve the withdrawal and transfer of the YES-O savings account in the name
of the present school principal Mrs. Maria Santia A. Arboleda and Mrs. Alma C.
Cawaling, the YES-O Adviser.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of the resolution be furnished the former
School Principal Mrs. Merlyn S. Carrillo and the YES-O adviser Mrs. Alma C.
Cawaling for their information and guidance.
