User preset data may be erased during the upgrade. Mindray strongly
recommends backing up user presets.

The Hospital Information under the Region tab, and all the network settings
including DICOM settings, will not be saved in the preset data file. You could capture
screenshots of the setting pages to keep a copy of them.
How to back up user presets to a USB Flash Drive:
Plug a USB Flash Drive into the USB port, press SETUP key on the keyboard [Manage settings]
[Export all] (on the bottom left). Select USB drive (usually it is Drive F).
). Type a name for the preset data
file and click on [OK].
(2) Back up patient data and Option keys .

Even though patient data including patient info, images, cine loops and reports
and Option keys usually will not be affected during upgrade, for safety consideration,
Mindray recommends having all the patient data and Option keys backed up before
upgrade.
Please refer to operators manual for detailed instructions of how to back up patient data.
The Option Keys locate in C:\M7
M7\key.
Note: The upgrade takes around 20 minutes. Please always keep the DC-T6/DC
T6/DC-N6 connected to AC
power during the upgrade.
