Re. Notice of Dishonor and Demand for Payment

Dear Sir:

The undersigned counsel is writing for and behalf of __________________________.

This is to advise you that your BDO check No.____________ dated 10 September
2016, in amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100, 000.00) which you
issued to my client has been dishonored by the drawee bank by reasons of
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS when the same was deposited to my clients account on 6
September 2016.

You are hereby given a period of (5) days from receipt hereof to make good your
obligation and to effect the full payment of the face value of the check in the amount of
ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 100,000.00), as well as legal interest of
3% per month to be calculated from 10 September 2016 until the same is fully paid.

Please be advised that your failure to comply with the full payment of your obligation
within the specified period will mean the automatic filing of criminal cases against you.
