Legal Affairs and General Counsel for Alexian Brothers Health System for
sixteen years. A past president of the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys,
a past chair of the Health Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and a
past vice chair of the Hospitals and Health Systems Practice Group of the
American Health Lawyers Association. Also he teaches health law at Loyola
University Chicago School of Law.
