Radcliffe Science Library iPad Agreement

My signature below indicates that I have read the iPad Agreement and that I agree to abide by
these conditions of use when borrowing an iPad from the Radcliffe Science Library:

I agree to accept full responsibility for the iPad (and all accessories) while on loan to me.

I understand that the loan period for an iPad is 7 days and that fines will be charged if
the iPad is not returned on or before the date due.

I will pay a late return fee of 10.00 if I fail to return the iPad to the Librarys Enquiry or
Circulation Desk by the time it is due.

I accept full financial liability for the iPad and its accessories, while in my possession.

I agree to pay all costs associated with damage to, loss of, or theft of the iPad and
accessories (399 plus accrued late return fees for the iPad, 25 for the VGA adapter, 7
for the charger, 35 for iPad cover, 10 for the padded case) while it is checked out to
me.

I agree that costs for any content I purchase for the iPad (Apps, music, film etc.) cannot
be returned or refunded by the library and that such content will be erased from the
iPad upon return.

I acknowledge that failure to pay any amount owing will be considered an outstanding
debt to the Bodleian Libraries and will be added to my library account.

I understand that any documents, photographs, recordings etc. created on or

transferred to the iPad while in my possession will be erased from the device after its
return. It is my responsibility to copy any documents, photographs, recordings etc. I
wish to retain to another, separate storage medium before returning the iPad. The
library is not responsible for storing, transferring or backing up this data.

I agree that failure to comply with any of these rules and guidelines will result in the loss
of the privilege of borrowing an iPad.
