RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY
As the Team member of the Operational Management Group, I provide operational
support to HR Team members and HR executives. Dealing with the IT
workforce of over 200 staff in more than 15 locations across India, with IT
Staffing (IT Outsourcing). Performing Client Negotiations, Resource
Negotiations, and preparing long-term contracts with clients and resources.
Responsible for Client place issue grievances.
Reporting directly to the General Manager (Business & Operations) and liaising
with Clients, I was responsible for the day-to-day management of all Human
Resource functions for over 120 employees in three locations, national and
international, operations of Pay Rolls and e-pay slips.
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, I had responsibility and
accountability for the day-to-day coordination, administration and operation
of human resource systems.
