JURISDICTION BY CONTRACT

Finally the answer came.

There are three ways to function in the COMMERCIAL SYSTEM and stay out of troubled: (1)
REJECTION OF CONTRACT OFFER (2) REDEMPTION or ACCEPTANCE FOR VALUE
(3) ADHERE TO THE OFFER OF CONTRACT AND PAY (4) There is a 4th but I do not
advise this at all - Just ignore their offer - That is when they put out a Warrant for your Arrest.

(1) REJECTION OF CONTRACT OFFER

The great event by the perpetrators for the enslavement of all men started with the "Trading
with the Enemies Act" of March 9, 1933 by the traitor to the people of the states united of
America, Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

The "War Powers Act of 1917" and presented as "Trading with the Enemies Act", announced
to the world that a "NEW WORLD ORDER" was now out of the closet and through trickery
and deceit by the leaders in the high places, their deeds started in earnest.

The question becomes obvious --- IF THEY HAD JURISDICTION WHY WOULD THEY
HAVE TO DECLARE WAR ON THE CITIZENS OF THE 48 STATES UNITED OF
AMERICA! JURISDICTION is given by CONTRACT and CONTRACT must proceed
JURISDICTION.

In 1926, the codes, rules, regulations, procedures, and Statutes were starting to be placed into
the law books by trickery. The lawful manner for enacting a law is by the introduction of a bill
into the legislature enabled by the Constitution, the passage by both the Senate and Congress
and then signed by the Legislature, the President, and the Judicial. In 1926 the Judicial ceased
signing the bills and was replaced by the President of the BAR (British Accredited Regency) of
New York.

This was necessary in their scheme of things to come for they were going to declare what had
passed in 1871-the DC CORPORATION had now become the UNITED STATES
CORPORATION and they had to have Rules, Regulations, Codes, Statutes to run the many
and various CORPORATIONS they would be setting up. BANKS, LENDING
INSTITUTIONS, IRS, or any thing to do with the "MONEY" or lack thereof was left
UNINCORPORATED.

Codes, Rules, Regulations, and Statutes apply only for the CORPORATION they are written
for and apply only for the Employees of that Corporation. They could not apply to the people
of the 48 various states united for America, but only for the CORPORATION. The
CORPORATION is required to abide by their Codes, Rules, Regulations, and Statutes. By the
CORPORATION swearing under the penalty of perjury that a citizen of the states owes them
something, can they bring the people of the states into the action.
When checking the BAR ACT which was placed into every state around 1938, we find that the
Attorneys, Lawyers, Esquires, Counselors, etc could only represent CREATED FICTIONS and
CORPORATIONS. Now we understand why the passage of more than 60,000,000 Codes,
Rules, Regulations, and Statutes had to be placed into the books.

All Attorneys, Lawyers, Esquires, Counselors, etc were required in 1938 to join the private
fraternity called the BAR (British Accredited Regency or British Accredited Registry) for the
privilege of practicing in the courts and to be given a License to Practice by the CREATED
CORPORATIONS/ FICTIONS retaining them. They are given a Certificate by the State and a
BAR CARD from their PRIVATE FRATERNITY.

Placing this all together the trick was now to establish each citizen of the 48 states united for
America, that they had declared WAR upon as a CREATED FICTION.

This was done by the issuance of a BIRTH CERTIFICATE (which had not been done until this
point) thereby creating a FICTION, the states selling these BIRTH CERTIFICATES to the
COMMERCE DEPARTMENT of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION, the COMMERCE
DEPARTMENT then placed a bond on the BIRTH CERTIFICATE (making it a negotiable
instrument), and placing the FICTION into the warehouse of the FEDERAL UNITED
STATES CORPORATION. Representation for the CREATED FICTION was given to the
BAR for the purpose of Contracting the FICTION in a third party action.

Men and women are born into this world by the creator as Living Souls. The BIRTH
CERTIFICATE then creates a FICTION.

This statement is the issue of mankind - Were you created by a Creator and given FREEDOM
or were you created by the CORPORATE GOVERNMENT and subject to all their Codes,
Rules, Regulations, Procedures, Statutes, etc.

License were then devised for every occasion, giving the illusion and impression that having
a License to Drive gave up our Right to Travel and placed us under their Codes, Rules,
Regulation, Procedure, and Statutes.

The issuance of the Social Security Number has caused a lot of headaches and heartaches
with the American People. The Social Security Number is the number of a TRUST and only
affects the living soul when they want a benefit from the TRUST and sign the documents as
Trustee. People actually think they have a set amount of "money" set aside for their
retirement. There is no “money" set aside for each person. Each year Congress votes to pay
the Social Security payments to people based on the amount they earned-not on what they
paid in. At any time Congress can cease paying and there is nothing that can be done
by the American People. Most of the "money" is paid out to people who have not
contributed a dime to the SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM which in reality is noting
more than a WELFARE PROGRAM taken out of the communist manifesto. It was
first presented to the American people as an Old Age Retirement Program, then they changed
it to an Insurance Program, and then they finally pulled the wool from the program and
revealed it for what it truly is FRAUD, A WELFARE PROGRAM for anyone living here or
elsewhere in the world.

INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE or the BANKING SYSTEM

 The income tax is allowed for a period of two years during the time of war. In 1945 the
INCOME TAX collected during the Second World War was ended and placed in all the
Large Newspapers across the country. The only problem being, the IRS kept sending out the
form 1040 to everyone, and since it was only a small amount, people kept signing them under
the penalty of perjury and returning them to the IRS.

It is through the self assessment, voluntary promise to pay, and sworn under the penalty of
perjury that they trapped the American People believing that the INCOME TAX on their
labor was lawful and then started taking away the peoples property by Gestapo means, killing
some people, and leaving them destitute creating a FEAR of this UNITED STATES
CORPORATION.

The other Agents FBI, CIA, DEA, BATF, etc, etc then began their illegal intrusion in the
affairs of We the people of the states united of America.

By swearing under the Penalty of Perjury, we have just stated that we are an
Internal Revenue Service Agent, a 14th Amendment Citizen of the UNITED
STATES CORPORATION, and are witnessing against our own sell

AMERICAN PEOPLE NEVER HAVE TO SWEAR UNDER TO PENALTY OF PERJURY

CONCERNING ANY UNITED STATES CORPORATION or UNINCORPORATED
BANKS, LENDING INSTITUTIONS, or IRS. WE ARE LIVING SOULS and THEY ARE
FICTIONS/CORPORATIONS. THEY ARE A PIECE OF PAPER AND ONLY EXIST IN
THE MINDS OF MEN/WOMEN.

Since Title 26 Codes, Rules, Regulations, Procedures, and Statutes are for the Employees of
the Internal Revenue Service and they must under their Section 6065, that any declaration,
document, paper, letter sent must be accompanied by a declaration made under the Penalty of
Perjury. Any document you receive from the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE must be
sworn to under the penalty of perjury or you are not required to respond, but only send it back
and tell them to swear under the penalty of perjury and you will answer them.

As we were taught growing up in the CORPORATE SCHOOL SYSTEM, that we were to

fulfill all CONTRACTS if we sign them. Again the trick created by the UNITED STATES
CORPORATION was to come up with a CONTRACT in which only the Living Soul would
sign. The reason the CORPORATIONS cannot sign the UNILATERAL CONTRACTS they
require us to sign, is they must sign under the PENALTY OF PERJURY that the contract is
true and correct.

THUS, CONTRACTS FOR JURISDICTION and JURISDICTION BY CONTRACTS was the

only way they could trick us into their scheme of being a slave to them.

TRAFFIC TICKETS:

These are always offers to contract. We then have 3 days for rejecting this offer of contract
under the Truth in Lending and returning their contract-torn in half-back to the Municipal
Court Collection Plate.
If you wait past the 3 days, you must call and set a court date. Then put an Affidavit into the
court records attached to the ticket-writing across your rejection. The affidavit would be about
the Policeman --- i.e. he/she did not have a Contract with you for stopping you and violating
your right to travel and your right for Privacy, the Policeman did not have a License to practice
law and was committing a Commercial Crime. Show up on the day of the hearing and the
Policeman would not dare show up.

This principle applies to each and all CONTRACTS with the UNITED STATES
COPORATION and ALL OF THE UNINCORPORATED PART OF THIS SCHEME.

1. Write across the CONTRACT OFFER the following: Your offer of CONTRACT is
hereby Rejected and Returned to you unsigned in full accord with Truth in Lending.
Any further correspondence from the signer of the document and heirs, agents, assigns
must be done under the penalty of perjury. If you are representing Me or assuming that
you represent Me, you are FIRED!
2. Remember that any further correspondence not signed under the penalty of perjury
concerning #1 is Returned and answered the same way.

PROPERTY-WHAT HAPPENS TO IT?

In 1933 with the declaration of war from the UNITED STATES CORPORATION against the
citizens of the 48 states there came a declaration that all property now belonged to the STATE
as in UNITED STATES CORPORATION and would be used for the good of the UNITED
STATES CORPORATION. A scheme was devised to trick the people into CONTRACTING
their Private Property through a THRID PARTY, away from the people.

This is done through the registration of property, be it a house, land, car, etc and is done at the
county level upon registration. They simple get people to sign a Certificate of title, UCC-1 lien
disguised. The car is obvious while the house and land are done by getting the person to sign a
document that in turn is signed by a representative of the STATE which is another way of
placing a Certificate of Title against your house and land. This document when traced through
its creation from the Statutes simply states that it must be signed and registered with the State
and if not done within a period of 45 days it can be claimed by anyone (THE STATE).

HOW do you claim your property back? The secret is in the CLAIM. People work on claims-
i.e. who put their stake on the CLAIM first. The government works in secret - If you do not
claim it, the government will. Government works on charges and complaints; People work
only on Claims. Who has the CLAIM?

Step 1: Take a UCC-1 Form and fill it out in the following manner.
a) Fill in the CORPORTION DEBTOR as, the STATE OF TEXAS
b) Fill in the INDIVIDUAL DEBTOR as the GOVERNOR OF THE STATE
OF TEXAS.
c) Fill in the Secured Party as yourself in the upper and lower case letters.
d) In section 4 (four) put a full description of the property as given by the
county when they send you a Tax Statement.
 e) Check the box for a search for STATE OF TEXAS or GOVERNOR OF
THE STATE OF TEXAS with a CLAIM against your property.
f) On the bottom line, print the STATE OF TEXAS and GOVERNOR RICK
PERRY.
g) Then sign your name as the Secured Party.
h) File it with the Secretary of the State of Texas.

Do this with your cars or any property that is registered with the STATE.

PROPERTY TAXES

After you do the above UCC-1 statement you will not receive any Property Tax Statements.

If you do - simply write back to the County Assessor Collector the following:

Dear Jack Rabbit Benny, County Assessor Collector: I, Jack Rabbit Patriot, with Power of
Attorney in fact for representing JACK R PATRIOT© - 777 CONSTITUTION AVE -
JUNGLE TIME, TEXAS 77777 in all of his/her COMMERCIAL AFFAIRS, am in receipt of
the attached regarding, without prejudice, do hereby notice you.

I received your offer of contract (jurisdiction) and you did not sign your demand for Money
under the penalty of perjury. Is this a notice of a DEBT? I cannot nor will I make a Legal
Determination about the document you have sent.

I am hereby rejecting your offer for contract (jurisdiction) and returning unsigned the same
in full accord with Truth in Lending and Fair Debt Collection Act. Any further
correspondence in this matter from the signer, Jack Rabbit Benny, Agents, Assigns must be
done under the penalty of perjury. If you are representing Me or assuming to represent Me,
