credit and sign loan agreements, vis a vis VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG are to be noted on this form. The authorisation to act on
behalf of the company is valid for any accounts held with the VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG, if no other agreement has been
reached. The credit account holder has to inform VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG immediately and - in order to avoid
misunderstanding - in writing on the termination or any changes, concerning an authorisation to act on behalf of the company
given vis a vis the Bank. The obligation of giving the Bank the mentioned information remains also valid in cases where the
authorisation to act on behalf of the company is registered with a public register (for example the Trade Register) and where its
termination or changes to it have to be registered with such public register.
