TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering Yarra Bend Golfs Facebook competition run through the Yarra
Bend Golf Facebook page, you are agreeing to the following terms and
conditions:
HOW TO ENTER:
1. The competition commences on Tuesday 25th of October 2016 and ends on
Friday November 4th at 11:59pm AEST (Entry Period) and winners will be
announced on Saturday November 5th.
2. Any entries received outside of the competition times will be deemed invalid
to ensure the integrity of the competition is upheld.
3. Entrant comments will be judged by a minimum of two Yarra Bend Staff
members.
4. Entrants must have a facebook account to enter.
5. Entries are open to Victorian residents only.
PRIZE:
6. There will be one winner
7. The prize consists of x1 family pass to Yarra Bend Adventure Mini Golf.
8. The prize is valued at $49.00
9. The winner can redeem this voucher at any time before the 1 year expiry
period.
10. The prize does not include any additional costs related to using the prize
such as travel to and from Yarra Bend Golf, road tolls, parking, or any other
Yarra Bend Golf facilities that do not include the Adventure Mini Golf.
11. The prize is not transferrable, cannot be exchanged, resold for commercial
gain or be taken as cash.

12. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value
of the Prize occurring between publishing date and date the Prize is claimed.
All Prize values are in Australian Dollars.
13. The winner will be noticed via the original Facebook post on the Yarra Bend
Golf page. The winners name will be published on Facebook.
14. The promoters decision is final and the promoter will not enter into
correspondence regarding the result.
LIABILITY:
15. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, third party, agent or
event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoters ability to proceed
with the competition prize on the dates and in the manner described in these
terms and conditions, including but not limited to illness, vandalism, power
failures, natural disasters, acts of God, strike, act of terrorism, the Promoter
may reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or close the Mini Golf area.
16. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line, failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be
available.
17. Entrants enter the competition at their sole risk. With the exception of
liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for
any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of
take the Prize or entering the Competition.

PRIVACY:
18. The Promoter will not share private information provided with anyone.
Information is solely for contacting the winner of the prize draw and all
personal data collected will be deleted at the conclusion of the winner
accepting the prize.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed by, administered by or
associated with Facebook. By participating in this competition you agree to a
complete release of Facebook from any liability in connection with this
competition.
