After the paddy is removed we

have BROWN RICE. Removal of
Thick grains and Iron pieces.

done we have rice bran,
and also left have white
rice with broken rice.

White rice is then passed on the

precision seizer so remove the
immature grains. The white rice then
stored in container or silos and
fumigation is done. Some of the white
rice is the passed onto Whiteners to
make them silky as per demand, and
then stored in silos and fumigate. To
fumigate we use Aluminium
Phosphide or Methyl Bromide, to kill
the insects, termites, rodents, weeds,
nematodes, and soil-borne diseases.

From storage then white rice is

sent for the colour Sortexing
process, where the different
colour grain are detected and
removed. Then it is passed on
to the length grader, which
segregates the head rice
(finished good) and broken rice
(finished good). They then are
stored for packing and a
magnetic separation is done to
remove the iron pieces. From
here the rice is given to for
packing. It is sent for a CPD
were the grading is done then
sent for primary packing.

DISPATCH

In primary packing we are

storing goods in large quantity
so that it could be stored. Then a
metal detector test is done to
remove the impurities like Fe,
Non Fe materials. Then after
that we are doing a secondary
packing if required only where
we dont have packing for small
quantity. Then storing in silos
and inspection and fumigation is
done to keep the silos clean.
And further from here the
dispatch is done as per the
demand or order.
