Dear Sir,
With reference to your letter No. J-13012/20/2011-IA.II (T) dated 09th December, 2015
regarding Terms of Reference for the proposed 2x660 MW Jawaharpur Thermal Power Project
of Jawaharpur Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd a 100% subsidiary of UPRVUNL (A U P Govt.
Undertaking) we hereby submit the EIA/EMP report after duly incorporating the proceedings of
Public Hearing held on 11.05.2016 at the project site near Malawan village in district Etah, Uttar
Pradesh and the issues raised during the same.
We shall be grateful if the case is taken up in the next meeting for consideration of Environmental
Clearance before the Expert Appraisal Committee, Thermal Power Projects.
