Description
Task Hub is a total business solution that incorporates business process management
together with ERP. Developed in a J2EE environment, Task hub enables excellent dissemination of information as
well as co-ordination between following modules: Maintenance, Sales, Purchase, Logistics, Warehousing, Billing,
Account and Maintenance Contract which integrates all departments and functions across your company into a
single company system that streamline your business for better service, administration and therefore take off to
a more effective and efficient operation.
Module Sales is integrated closely with the customer portal. It allows sales person to
raise Sales Quotation and Orders to see the status for each order going out. Module Purchase request for
quotations from vendors and handles all kinds of purchases within the system. Module Logistics records the
outgoing and incoming shipments. It also handles the billing of shipments. Module Maintenance Contract gives
the service contract to customer within contract dates on defined intervals.
