Pressure temperature rating for ASME B16.9 shall be calculated as for straight
seamless pipe inaccordance with ASME VIII Div.1 including the maximum allowable stress for materials.
Hence the formula to calculate min. thickness of pipe cap will be same as for calulating min. thk of shell.
