For each:
What do customers like about their product? Dislike?
Who are their customers?
What is their price?
What is their reason for success?
What is their potential weakness?
How will you be different and better?
In business world, there are always a competition between each other. For
our company, right now there are no same or similar product like us but
there are might be same service like our product provided. They provided
sea cleaning services that use manpower to work for them, different from
us, that use our machine to work besides the manpower.
At this moment, all the customers use their product because there are no
alternative way to clean the sea environment. Some customer the we survey
have complaint towards their service such as their time frame of work
dragging and their work are not so tidy and clean.
That company customers right now take some tender from government such
Manjlis Penbandaran Manjung, owner of Resort and Chalet that nearby the
sea or lake. The price are quite expensive and not reasonable with their
work given. The price for their service need to pay every month depend on
their contract while our product just only one pay and can use until can.
Their success now because there are no other company compete around
them and they the only one that do the service. So, the customers somehow
need to use their service anyway. Their potential weakness is that, their
cleaning sea environment not their major business, so they just take for
granted to made a profit for this.

advance product just to improve and give the best for the customer with the
price that they paid.
