Pregnancy is something that can make a mother feel happy. Keeping the baby in the
womb to grow healthy and born alive is to be performed by a pregnant woman. The gestation
period will determine the child's growth. Here we provide some tips on healthy during
pregnancy.
Visit a Physician Regularly
During pregnancy, mothers can visit a physician/doctor regularly. Regularly check the
baby in the womb is useful to know the condition and growth of the fetus. Likewise, if there
is anything wrong in pregnancy should be immediately checked by a physician. Do this until
the last month of pregnancy.
Important Eat Nutritious Foods
Begin to eat nutritious foods; it is important for pregnant women and fetal growth.
Maternal diet usually eats small meals but often, about 5-6 times per day. It's better than
eating large servings in 3 per day, a diet with smaller portions and more often to reduce
nausea and vomiting in the morning, and stomach pain.
Folic Acid and Zinc
Healthy foods for pregnant mothers are foods that contain folic acid and zinc. Folic
acid is useful for preventing neural tube defects in infants and spine. Foods that contain folic
acid present in cereals, brown rice, oranges, green vegetables, beans, broccoli, and more. Zinc
is useful to prevent anemia during pregnancy. Anemia is very dangerous for pregnant women,
can cause bleeding during childbirth.
Avoid Cigarette Smoke
Cigarette and tobacco smoke are very harmful to the health of mother and fetus.
Avoid cigarette smoke; try not to become passive smokers. If your husband is a smoker, warn
not to smoke near you. And if you're also a smoker, stop smoking better. Cigarette smoke will
make your baby born weighing less, easily hurt, slow growth; it can even cause miscarriage
and death in the womb.
Drinking Adequate Water
Drinking adequate water is another important thing to note for pregnant women.
Drinking lots of water is very useful for pregnant women, because the incoming fluid will
help to increase the blood volume that occurs during pregnancy. Drink at least 6-8 glasses a
day, can be fruit juice, milk, or water.

Taking Medications Safely


Be careful when taking some drugs. If you are attacked by a disease or pain, be
careful taking drugs. You should immediately consult your physician before taking it. If you
are pregnant and taking medication without rules would be harmful to the fetus in the womb.
Remain Active During Pregnancy
Pregnant women should remain active. Pregnant women can also do exercise such as
walking. Taking a pregnancy exercise classes are also good, in addition to the benefits to the
mother and fetus, the pregnant women in the class are able to share experiences and gain
knowledge. In between activities, do not forget to rest.
Vaccination During Pregnancy

them during pregnancy or wait until after their child is born. Hepatitis B, Influenza and
Tetanus/Diphtheria are considered safe to give to women who might be at risk of infection.

Tips Untuk kehamilan yang sehat


Kehamilan adalah sesuatu yang bisa membuat seorang ibu merasa bahagia. Menjaga
bayi dalam kandungan untuk tumbuh sehat dan lahir hidup/ sehat adalah yang dilakukan oleh
seorang ibu hamil. Periode masa kehamilan akan menentukan pertumbuhan bayi. Disini kami
memberikan beberapa tips untuk kesehatan selama kehamilan.
Kunjungi dokter secara teratur.
Selama kehamilan, ibu-ibu dapat mengunjungi dokter secara teratur.Memeriksakan
bayi dalam kandungan secara teratur berguna untuk mengetahui kondisi dan perkembangan
dari janin. Demikian juga, Jika ada suatu kelainan dalam kandungan harus segera diperiksa
oleh dokter. Lakukan hal ini hingga bulan/ masa akhir kehamilan.
Penting makan makanan yang bergizi
Mulai untuk makan makanan yang bergizi; ini penting untuk wanita-wanita hamil dan
pertumbuhan janin. Diet kehamilan biasanya makan makanan dalam porsi kecil tapi sering,
sekitar 5-6 kali sehari. Ini lebih baik daripada makan dalam jumlah besar 3 kali sehari, diet

dengan porsi lebih kecil tapi lebih sering bertujuan untuk mengurangi mual dan muntah di
pagi hari, dan sakit perut.
Asam folat dan Besi
Makanan-makanan yang sehat untuk ibu hamil adalah makanan yang mengandung
asam folat dan besi.Asam folat berguna untuk mencegah kerusakan saraf pada bayi-bayi dan
tulang belakang. Maknan-makanan yang mengandung asam folat ditemukan dalam serealsereal, beras merah, jeruk, sayuran berwarna hijau, kacang kedelai, brokoli, dan lain-lain.
Besi digunakan untuk mencegah anemia selama kehamilan. Anemia sangat berbahaya bagi
ibu hamil, dapat menyebabkan pendarahan saat melahirkan.
Hindari merokok
Rokok dan asap tembakau sangat berbahaya untuk kesehatan ibu dan janin. Hindari
asap rokok: berusaha untuk tidak menjadi perokok pasif. Jika suamimu adalah seorang
perokok, ingatkan agar tidak merokok di dekatmu. Jika kamu juga seorang perokok, lebih
baik berhenti merokok. Asap rokok akan membuat bayimu lahir dengan berat badan rendah,
mudah luka(sakit), pertumbuhan lambat: ini dapat menyebabkan keguguran dan janin mati
dalam kandungan.
Minum air yang cukup/ Adekuat
Minum air yang cukup adalah hal penting lainnya sebagai catatan bagi ibu hamil.
Minum air yang banyak sangat berguna bagi wanita-wanita hamil, karena masukan cairan
akan membantu meningkatkan voume darah selama kehamilan. Minum peling sedikit 6-8
gelas sehari, bisa jus buah, susu, atau air putih.
Melakukan pengobatan yang aman
Hati-hati jika mengkonsumsi beberapa obat. Jika kamu diserang suatu penyakit atau
merasa sakit, hati-hati meminum obat-obatan. Kamu harus segera berkonsultasi dengan
doktermu sebelum mengkonsumsinya. Jika kamu hamil dan mengkonsumsi obat-obatan
tanpa aturan akan membahayakan bayi dalam kandungan.
Tetap aktif selama kehamilan
Wanita-wanita hamil harus tetap aktif selama kehamilan. Wanita hamil juga dapat
melakukan latihan seperti berjalan.Mengikuti kelas-kelas latihan kehamilan juga bagus.
Disisi lain dapat memberikan manfaat bagi ibu dan janin, ibu hamil di dalam kelas dapat
berbagi pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Dalam beraktivitas, jangan lupa
untuk beristirahat.
Vaksinasi selama kehamilan
Hal penting lainnya adalah divaksinasi selama kehamilan. Wanita hamil hharus
berbicara dengan dokternya untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang vaksinasi apa yang mereka
butuhkan dan apakah mereka harus memperolehnya selama kehamilan atau menunggu

sampai anak mereka telah lahir. Hepatitis B, influenza dan tetanus/ Dipteri adalah dianggap
aman untuk diberikan pada wanita-wanita yang beresiko terkena infeksi.
My favorite activities (Reading)
I have many activities in my life, from I get up in the morning until I get sleep in the
night. There are many activities that I can do, such as : eat, drink, sleep in the noon, take
abath, study, play with my friend, help my parents, watching TV, listening to the music, get
sports, riding the motorcycle, sing a song and many more. But from thats all I have some
favorite activities, example : watching TV, listening to the music, sing a song, and the most
favorite is reading.
I like reading since I was child when I sudy in the elementary school. Almost every
day after school, I read some the book in the library while wait my parents finished teach
their students. There are many book I read in that time, consist of : fiction and non-fiction
books. The non-fiction books as history books and text book. And fiction books as fable,
legend, and etc. But I rather like read the fiction books than non-fiction books, because read
the fiction books as story about something can makes me feel happy, sad, angry, fear, anxiety,
affected, and many more appropriate with the situation of that story. It is similar with
watching TV, but I rather like reading than watcing TV because when I read the book ,
imagination in my thought can blossom out.
Today, I still love read. But, my favorite books already change. Now, I like read the
novel. Because, just as read the novel can make me feel some emotion of that story, I think
that it also can gives me wisdom and motivation in my life. The most favorite novel that I
read is Ketika Cinta Bertasbih written by Habbiburrahman El-Shirazy. And the other novel
was I read are Ayat-Ayat Cinta, Perahu kertas, Tenggelamnya Kapal Vander wijk, The
Davinci code, and many more. Usually I read the novel when I have free time and before get
to sleep.
