Terms & Conditions:

 Payment within 7 days of completion of the project i.e. by 21st July 2010.

 Manpower cost will be billed as per actuals based on daily site attendance.

 Cost of consumables and chemicals is an estimate. The same will depend on actual
usage. Prior permission will be taken in writing before sourcing.

 Consumables & chemicals will be sourced at the most competitive rates from our
vendors and billed to Hypercity with a 10% service charge mark-up.

 Any taxes if applicable would be charged extra.

Hope this is in line with our discussions so far.

Look forward to taking this ahead at the earliest.
