I am seeking this opportunity to apply for the position of equity and portfolio
research manager in your organization. This opportunity would enable me to
capitalize on my existing knowledge of portfolio management and deal evaluation. I

Currently I am working as an Associate-Business Valuation at Deloitte
Financial Advisory Services LLP. My prime responsibilities include carrying out
valuation of public and private companies for financial reporting, tax planning, and
transaction advisory purposes. I have a valuable experience on determining
independent fair value for private equity, venture capital firms and hedge funds.
I am a post-graduate in Business Management (Finance) from Indian Institute of
Management, Lucknow. I interned with ICICI bank where I carried out Financial
Report Analysis for the purpose of Credit Appraisal in the Energy Infrastructure
Cluster of the Whole Banking (SMEAG) Division.
I am a graduate in Economics and Computer Application from Delhi University. Post
graduation I worked as a Research Assistant in Watson Wyatt Worldwide. At Watson
Wyatt I assisted economists on financial research papers and supported consultants
worldwide with financial and non-financial information support. In parallel I also
managed to clear 2 levels of CS from the ICSI.
